SE636, customer test drives and an established service network underline SANY’s long-term commitment to Europe 

HANNOVER, Germany, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SANY Heavy Truck, together with Putzmeister, a member of SANY Group, has made its debut at IAA Transportation 2026 under the theme “Here to Stay,” presenting a production-ready portfolio of battery-electric commercial vehicles developed for European transport operations. 

The display is led by the SE636 battery-electric heavy-duty truck and also includes battery-electric cargo and concrete mixer trucks, demonstrating SANY’s capabilities across multiple commercial transport applications. 

Production-ready technology for European operations 

Built on a 4×2 chassis, the SE636 features a 636 kWh battery system, a stated range of up to 500 kilometers and a curb weight of 10.9 metric tons. The vehicle has received EU Whole Vehicle Type Approval and is already operating in Germany, Türkiye and other European markets. According to SANY, it is the first mass-produced battery-electric heavy-duty truck from a Chinese manufacturer to receive EU WVTA.

SANY provided a two-kilometer test route at the show, allowing fleet operators, logistics customers and industry media from Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and other markets to experience the vehicles directly. Si avvicina una nuova proroga dello sconto sulle accise diesel, mentre il governo valuta come intervenire anche sulla benzina, esclusa finora dalla riduzione fiscale. La misura attuale, che taglia di circa 17 centesimi il prezzo del gasolio alla pompa, scade giovedì 17 settembre e l’orientamento è quello di prolungarla di una settimana, in attesa dei dati Istat del 22 settembre sul rapporto deficit-Pil.

Durante il periodo di applicazione lo sconto mantiene l’accisa sul gasolio a 532,90 euro per mille litri, contro un livello ordinario di 672,90 euro. Il beneficio non basta però a contenere i listini: il 15 settembre il prezzo medio del gasolio ha raggiunto 2,212 euro al litro in autostrada, mentre la benzina, non interessata dal taglio, è arrivata a 2,120 euro in città e 2,212 euro in autostrada.

Dietro ai rincari ci sono le tensioni internazionali che spingono le quotazioni del petrolio: il Brent ha superato quota 107 dollari al barile e il WTI si è avvicinato ai 105 dollari, complice il blocco di un oleodotto in Arabia Saudita e l’escalation nello stretto di Bab al-Mandeb, che ha ridotto la produzione saudita di 2,3 milioni di barili al giorno.

Anche se la proroga venisse confermata, secondo le proiezioni dell’Adusbef un’automobile a gasolio arriva comunque a spendere quasi 695 euro in più all’anno rispetto alla media del 2025, per un aggravio complessivo di 11,5 miliardi di euro sull’intero parco circolante. Per la benzina l’aumento stimato è di 465,6 euro l’anno per vettura, pari a 7,9 miliardi complessivi: sommando le due voci la stangata sfiora i 19,4 miliardi di euro.

Il Consiglio dei ministri è atteso mercoledì per definire i contorni del nuovo intervento, che secondo le indiscrezioni dovrebbe essere più selettivo e rivolto ai redditi più bassi e alle categorie professionali più colpite dal caro carburanti.

Resta confermato, intanto, il credito d’imposta per il gasolio commerciale destinato al settore dell’autotrasporto, esteso anche ai consumi di settembre. La proroga dello sconto sulle accise diesel arriva così come misura ponte, in attesa di capire quali margini di bilancio avrà il governo dopo il verdetto sui conti pubblici del 22 settembre.

BOSTON, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Skyhawk Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel small molecule therapies designed to modulate RNA targets, today announced final fifteen-month results from its Phase 1/2 clinical trial evaluating SKY-0515, an investigational oral treatment for Huntington’s disease (HD). 

The Phase 1/2 patient study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled parallel-group study evaluating two dose levels of SKY-0515 in patients over twelve weeks, followed by a twelve-month blinded Extension period during which all participants receive active treatment at either a low or high dose (4mg or 9mg), with the majority of patients on the 9 mg dose. 

At Month 15, the primary timepoint, patients treated with SKY-0515 improved on the cUHDRS by an average of 0.94 points from where they started, while a comparison group of untreated patients from the Enroll-HD natural history database declined by an average of 0.65 points. The gap between the two groups was 1.59 points (95% CI: 1.09, 2.09; p<0.001). 

SKY-0515 patients also did better than the comparison group on each of the four measures that make up the cUHDRS: daily function (Total Functional Capacity, +0.98 points), movement (Total Motor Score, −9.38 points, where a lower score is better), processing speed (Symbol Digit Modalities Test, +4.15 points) and reading speed (Stroop Word Reading Test, +4.18 points). All differences were statistically significant.

The same pattern held throughout the study. At every scheduled checkpoint, SKY-0515 patients were doing better on the cUHDRS than the comparison group: 0.66 points at Month 3, 0.78 points at Month 6, 1.04 points at Month 9, 0.79 points at Month 12 and 1.59 points at Month 15. The difference was statistically significant from Month 9 onward. 

On average, SKY-0515-treated patients’ cUHDRS scores held at or above their baseline level at every assessment through Month 15, while the external comparison group’s average score declined from Month 6 onward.

SKY-0515 has shown consistent average reductions of more than 60% mutant huntingtin protein (mHTT) and 25% PMS1 mRNA in patients at the 9 mg dose throughout the study. Mutant huntingtin is the primary protein responsible for HD pathology, while PMS1 is a key driver of somatic CAG repeat expansion associated with disease progression. 

SKY-0515 has demonstrated excellent central nervous system exposure and has been generally well tolerated across all dose levels studied through fifteen months of treatment, with no treatment-related SAEs.

Il costo nascosto tra i reparti 

Una flotta aziendale non fa mai capo a un unico reparto. L’amministrazione gestisce fatture e riconciliazioni; le risorse umane si occupano dei conducenti e dei fringe benefit; l’ufficio acquisti gestisce contratti e fornitori; i servizi generali seguono le attività operative quotidiane; l’IT garantisce il corretto funzionamento e l’integrazione di dati e sistemi. Flottando definisce “Fragmentation Tax” ovvero «costo della frammentazione», l’onere che si accumula nei passaggi tra questi reparti: non una voce specifica di bilancio, ma il risultato complessivo di attività duplicate, informazioni disperse e strumenti che non comunicano tra loro. Svolgere il lavoro, non limitarsi a mostrare i dati 

La distinzione su cui punta Flottando è quella tra i sistemi che mostrano il lavoro da svolgere e quelli che lo svolgono direttamente. La maggior parte dei software per la gestione delle flotte mette a disposizione le informazioni, lasciando però a una persona l’attività amministrativa da completare. Una dashboard può segnalare che è arrivata una fattura, ma qualcuno deve comunque classificarla e contabilizzarla. Il sistema operativo basato sull’IA di Flottando è invece progettato per eseguire direttamente queste attività: classifica contabilmente le fatture e le trasferisce nei sistemi ERP, centralizza il calcolo dei fringe benefit e segnala in anticipo il superamento delle soglie chilometriche prima che si trasformi in una penale a fine contratto. L’intelligenza artificiale acquisisce e classifica fatture, contratti di leasing, documenti di immatricolazione dei veicoli, note di credito e multe, associando ciascun documento al veicolo, al conducente, alla società e al centro di costo corretti.

Flottando è nata in Svizzera, ma ha validato il proprio modello in Italia, scelta deliberatamente come uno dei mercati europei più complessi dal punto di vista amministrativo per la gestione delle flotte, dove fiscalità, regimi dei fringe benefit e strutture contrattuali rendono particolarmente articolata la gestione di gruppi societari composti da più entità giuridiche. «Se funziona qui, può funzionare ovunque», ha dichiarato Bounafaa.

FIRENZE – Una nuova ricerca fa il punto sui redditi in Toscana e racconta una regione che cresce, ma non allo stesso ritmo ovunque. Lo studio, realizzato da Acli e Iref, guarda agli stipendi da lavoro dipendente tra il 2020 e il 2025 ed è stato presentato durante la festa regionale di Acli Toscana, al circolo San Prospero “L. Tellini” di Cascina, in provincia di Pisa.

I numeri mostrano una Toscana divisa in due velocità. Firenze è la provincia dove gli stipendi sono saliti di più: +22,2%, passando da 26.653 a 32.580 euro medi. All’altro estremo c’è Grosseto, ferma al 15,3%, da 22.070 a 25.455 euro. Tra le due province la differenza è di quasi sette punti percentuali. E negli anni il divario è aumentato ancora: la distanza media tra i redditi è passata da 4.000 a 7.000 euro.

Come vanno le altre province

Dopo Firenze, gli aumenti più alti si registrano ad Arezzo (+19,8%), Massa-Carrara (+19,0%), Pisa (+18,9%) e Lucca (+18,2%). Seguono Livorno (+17,5%), Prato (+17,3%), Siena (+16,4%) e Pistoia (+15,9%), fino a Grosseto, ultima in classifica. Le differenze non riguardano solo la velocità di crescita, ma anche quanto si guadagna oggi: nel 2025 Firenze resta la provincia con il reddito medio più alto, 32.580 euro, seguita da Livorno (32.320), Prato (31.184), Lucca (31.022) e Siena (30.358). In fondo alla lista ci sono Grosseto (25.455) e Massa-Carrara (25.929).

Gli stipendi crescono, ma i prezzi corrono di più

Un altro dato importante riguarda quanto vale davvero questo aumento degli stipendi. Solo il 49,9% dei lavoratori toscani ha visto crescere il proprio reddito più dell’inflazione, che nello stesso periodo è salita del 18%. Il 34,0% ha avuto un aumento più basso rispetto al costo della vita, mentre il 16,1% ha visto lo stipendio diminuire. La Toscana segue lo stesso andamento del resto d’Italia, dove le percentuali sono simili: 49,4%, 34,7% e 15,9%. In totale, il reddito medio dei lavoratori toscani è passato dai 23.218 euro del 2020 ai 27.625 euro del 2025, con una crescita del 19%. La media italiana, nello stesso anno, è di 29.346 euro.

Per Elena Pampana, presidente di Acli Toscana, il problema più serio riguarda proprio il potere d’acquisto. “In Toscana quasi un lavoratore su due non ha visto il proprio reddito crescere più dell’inflazione negli ultimi sei anni – spiega Pampana – ed è qui che la fotografia dei redditi diventa una fotografia delle condizioni di vita”. Secondo Pampana, uno stipendio più alto sulla carta non basta, se poi non permette di comprare di più. Quando i prezzi salgono più in fretta degli stipendi, il risultato concreto è avere meno soldi da spendere. La fotografia scattata da Acli e Iref conferma così due divari che si sommano: quello tra le province toscane e quello, più generale, tra la crescita degli stipendi e l’aumento del costo della vita.

FIRENZE – Venerdì 25 settembre torna Bright-Night, la Notte europea delle ricercatrici e dei ricercatori, la manifestazione che permette di immergersi nel mondo della scienza e della ricerca e scoprire il lavoro di chi ogni giorno si impegna a trovare soluzioni per le sfide di oggi e di domani.

Promossa annualmente dalla Commissione europea per diffondere la cultura scientifica, l’iniziativa si svolge contemporaneamente in tutta Europa. In Toscana, l’evento prende il nome di Bright Night, un titolo che riflette perfettamente la sua missione: illuminare la notte con il talento dei ricercatori.

Bright, infatti, è l’acronimo di Brilliant researchers impact on growth health and trust in Rrsearch, ovvero Ricercatori brillanti che influenzano la crescita, la salute e la fiducia nella ricerca e prevede un ricco programma di iniziative presentato a Palazzo Strozzi Sacrati a Firenze.

Anche per questa edizione saranno coinvolti nella manifestazione circa 1000 ricercatrici e ricercatori, presenti nelle piazze di molte città della regione (Arezzo, Firenze, Grosseto, Lucca, Pisa, Prato, Livorno, Pontedera, San Giovanni Valdarno, Siena e San Casciano dei Bagni) che animeranno centinaia di iniziative: laboratori, dimostrazioni, esperimenti, mostre, visite guidate e passeggiate scientifiche coinvolgeranno i cittadini e le cittadine in un percorso avvincente attraverso una vastissima gamma di temi legati alla ricerca.

Nell’ambito dello SPA, PTUK consegnerà 6 carichi di GNL all’anno dal portafoglio atlantico di PETRONAS, pari a circa 0,6 miliardi di metri cubi all’anno (bcma) per un periodo di cinque anni a partire dal 2027.
