Court finds AEKE’s fitness equipment infringes Speediance’s registered EU design and bars advertising, offering, or selling of the infringing equipment in Germany 

SHENZHEN, China, Sept. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Shenzhen Speediance Life Tech Limited (“Speediance”), creator of the Gym Monster smart strength training system, today announced that the Cologne Regional Court (Landgericht Köln, Case No. 31 O 132/26) has upheld an interim injunction against Shenzhen Qudong Future Technology Co., Ltd. (“AEKE”) for infringing Speediance’s registered design in Germany. 

Following the identification of AEKE’s disputed product at the FIBO trade fair, Speediance took prompt legal action and issued a warning letter to AEKE on April 16, 2026. On April 17, 2026, the Cologne Regional Court granted an interim injunction prohibiting AEKE from advertising, offering, or selling the disputed fitness equipment in Germany. 

AEKE subsequently challenged the injunction, resulting in a hearing before the Cologne Regional Court on June 25, 2026. Following the hearing, the court upheld the interim injunction in its entirety, confirming that the original order granted on April 17, 2026 remains effective. The ruling further requires the removal of the disputed products and related marketing materials from the German market.

LONDON, Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A&S Resources Limited has secured funding for its railway connecting its Central African Republic (CAR) mineral assets through Cameroon to international export markets, marking a significant step towards unlocking one of the world’s largest undeveloped high-grade iron ore reserves. 

The approximately 1,350 km railway will be financed by the Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) and connect landlocked CAR to the deep-water Port of Kribi in Cameroon.  

A&S Resources’ CAR project is linked to what geologists describe as one of the biggest magnetic anomalies globally – resource potential exceeds 20 billion tonnes of predominantly high-grade iron ore, with an estimated gross in-situ value of approximately $2.5 trillion. Beyond iron ore, A&S Resources also holds critical minerals, rare earth elements, copper and other strategic resources in the region. 

The railway will provide a direct route for these resources to reach global markets through Kribi, overcoming one of the principal infrastructure constraints facing mineral development in landlocked CAR. The railway is a heavy haul dual track with a capacity of 250,000 tonnes of cargo per day, with capacity to scale to 300,000 tonnes. The new infrastructure also has the potential to stimulate wider economic growth in CAR and Cameroon, supporting jobs, skills development, investment and trade, and creating opportunities for wider industrial and agricultural development. 

The funding builds on progress announced earlier this year, when A&S Resources signed strategic agreements covering mine development, railway construction, export logistics and long-term off-take arrangements. Topographical and technical studies had already commenced on the railroad, with operational mobilisation scheduled for the end of 2026. 

The railway is being developed in partnership with China Railway Sixth Group Co., Ltd (CRSG), a subsidiary of China Railway Group Limited, which has delivered more than 6,200km of rail projects across Africa.

BERLIN, Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sunseeker, a global leader in intelligent lawn care, unveiled five all-new 2027 LiDAR products at IFA 2026, alongside its Smart Garden ecosystem, AllSense™ 3.0, and MapOS™ with the industry’s first 3D Semantic Map for intuitive, real-scene lawn management. 

Making its IFA debut, Sunseeker is expanding its vision beyond robotic mowing to build a connected Smart Garden ecosystem powered by AI, robotics, supporting smart irrigation, weed control, and the seamless integration of an expanding range of outdoor robots. 

Sunseeker’s 2027 LiDAR lineup: precision, intelligence and scalability for every garden 

Sunseeker’s 2027 LiDAR lineup is designed for effortless use: no manual mapping, no complexity. All five models come standard with LiDAR sensing. Among them, the S7 LiDAR Ultra AWD 3000 and S5 LiDAR Ultra Pro AWD 1800 feature AllSense™ 3.0, which uses 360° LiDAR to autonomously map and navigate the working environment, along with Smart Garden ecosystem and MapOS™. The S3 LiDAR Series utilizes solid-state LiDAR. All are engineered to deliver precise perception and reliable navigation across diverse garden environments. The S7’s AWD easily handles steep and uneven ground, including slopes of up to 80% (approx. 39°). The five models bring wire-free and antenna-free installation and centimeter-level navigation to gardens from 500 to 3,000 square meters. Availability begins in February 2027. 

The S7 is designed for large and complex lawns and features an Extension Hub that supports accessories such as the EdgeZero trimmer head, enabling precise 0cm edge-to-edge cutting, as well as a robotic arm. The S5 brings advanced intelligence to medium and large family gardens, while the S3 Series provides wireless precision for smaller and sloped lawns. At IFA 2026, Sunseeker introduced the Smart Garden ecosystem, bringing a more intelligent garden and lawn management experience to users. 

Built on Sense, Understand, and Recommend, Sunseeker’s Smart Garden ecosystem connects robotic mowers, rain gauges, soil sensors (available 2027), and future autonomous robots into a unified intelligence network. By continuously monitoring rainfall, soil, lawn health, and environmental conditions, it builds real‑time garden understanding, transforming data into actionable insights through onboard Vision AI, multi‑modal sensor fusion, and cloud‑based AI models. For example, when yellow grass is detected, AI can help determine whether it is caused by drought or pests and recommend watering or pest control.
