In linea con i protocolli scientifici, le autorità archeologiche stanno supervisionando gli scavi, la documentazione e la conservazione del sito, mostrando un armonioso equilibrio tra la salvaguardia del patrimonio greco e la costruzione di un futuro sostenibile per il Paese. 

Una volta operativo, Athamas dovrebbe produrre 80.000 MWh di energia elettrica pulita all’anno, l’equivalente del fabbisogno energetico di 16.000 famiglie, riducendo al contempo le emissioni di CO2 di 50.000 tonnellate all’anno. Il progetto Athamas è il più grande impianto fotovoltaico realizzato finora da FARIA RENEWABLES. I volumi degli ordini su Alibaba.com indicano che i ventilatori portatili stanno superando i condizionatori d’aria in sei degli otto principali mercati europei  

LONDRA, 29 giugno 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Grossisti e retailer europei stanno riposizionando attivamente le proprie scorte in vista dell’estate 2026, discostandosi dai modelli storici. 

I nuovi dati sugli acquisti B2B di Alibaba.com rivelano che, in tutta Europa, i ventilatori portatili stanno registrando una crescita dei volumi d’ordine significativamente superiore rispetto ai climatizzatori. I dati indicano un cambiamento nel modo in cui le aziende europee si stanno preparando ad affrontare estati più calde, spinto non solo dalle preferenze dei consumatori, ma anche da vincoli pratici. 

Confrontando i volumi degli ordini di giugno 2026 con una base già solida di giugno 2025, i dati evidenziano i principali trend che stanno plasmando il mercato retail estivo europeo: 

I ventilatori sono oggi più richiesti dei climatizzatori nella maggior parte dei principali mercati europeiIn sei degli otto mercati europei monitorati, gli ordini di ventilatori crescono più rapidamente rispetto a quelli dei climatizzatori. Questo scostamento rispetto alle abitudini di raffrescamento tipiche del Nord America è determinato da specifiche caratteristiche del mercato europeo: patrimonio immobiliare più datato, rigide restrizioni all’installazione negli immobili in affitto, costi elevati dell’energia elettrica e lunghi tempi di installazione dei climatizzatori. 

I commercianti stanno quindi rispondendo dando priorità a volumi, portabilità e accessibilità di prezzo. In Francia, dove i ventilatori portatili sono cresciuti del 31% su base annua, il trend riflette le dinamiche del mercato degli affitti urbani. Nel Regno Unito, gli ordini di ventilatori crescono 2,5 volte più velocemente rispetto a quelli dei climatizzatori, mentre in Italia si registra una crescita del 14% dei ventilatori portatili in un mercato già maturo. 

La crescita degli ordini accelera più rapidamente nel Nord Europa rispetto al Sud EuropaI cambiamenti più significativi negli acquisti si registrano nei mercati storicamente meno associati al caldo estremo. La Svezia ha registrato un aumento del 375% su base annua degli ordini di ventilatori, diventando il mercato del raffrescamento in più rapida crescita sulla piattaforma. Seguono Belgio (+114%) e Svizzera (+34%), rispettivamente con una crescita a tripla cifra e una solida crescita a doppia cifra. 

Questi dati indicano che i grossisti nelle aree a clima temperato non considerano più le scorte per il raffrescamento estivo come opzionali, ma come una componente essenziale in previsione di ondate di calore prolungate. Al contrario, la Spagna rimane l’unico mercato in cui il climatizzatore è in testa (+100% su base annua), il che suggerisce che nell’area mediterranea il climatizzatore stia diventando una dotazione standard.

La Germania esemplifica questa strategia di copertura del rischio: è infatti l’unico grande mercato ad aver registrato una crescita significativa sia dei ventilatori (+30%) sia dei climatizzatori (+25%), segnale che gli operatori considerano questo comportamento dei consumatori come una tendenza più strutturale e duratura.

L’ondata di calore che sta caratterizzando il mese di giugno sta avendo pesanti ripercussioni sul settore agricolo, innescando un forte stress idrico che sta mettendo in crisi la tenuta delle reti di irrigazione. Le elevate temperature stanno danneggiando direttamente le colture sul campo: pomodori e peperoni marciscono prima di giungere a maturazione subendo un vero e proprio effetto ‘bollito’, mentre la frutta appare danneggiata dall’interno.

La conta dei danni per le aziende, al momento complessa da definire con esattezza, delinea un quadro critico per l’intero comparto. Le ricadute di questa situazione si faranno sentire anche sui consumatori, i quali andranno incontro a rincari selettivi al momento dell’acquisto di frutta, verdura e altre produzioni sensibili.

Le criticità attuali, secondo l’associazione di categoria, si inseriscono in un contesto più ampio legato ai cambiamenti climatici. L’aumento della frequenza, dell’intensità e della durata degli eventi estremi registrato nell’ultimo mezzo secolo ha trasformato queste ondate di calore in un rischio sistemico per la sicurezza alimentare, per la salute dei lavoratori e per la produttività generale. A soffrire maggiormente sono le produzioni di mais e soia, esposte ai colpi di calore e a un fabbisogno d’acqua in costante aumento. Anche il comparto ortofrutticolo sconta problematiche evidenti, tra cui cali di resa, scottature dei prodotti e un’alterazione nei calendari di raccolta.

Per far fronte a una dinamica non più episodica ma in progressivo peggioramento, la Cia Toscana Nord individua alcune direttrici di intervento necessarie per tutelare le imprese agricole. “Per proteggere le aziende agricole vi sono sostanzialmente tre priorità: infrastrutture idriche resilienti dall’ammodernamento delle reti ai bacini di accumulo; diffusione dell’irrigazione di precisione, dei sensori e del riuso delle acque reflue; una maggiore ricerca varietale, tecniche agronomiche di adattamento e strumenti rapidi di copertura del rischio climatico”, afferma Simoncini. FinancingoftheOffer 

NNS has sufficient funds readily available to finance the Offer through available cash resources. From these available cash resources, NNS will be able to finance the Offer and the payment of fees and expenses related to the Offer. 

Offer Conditions 

The obligation of NNS to declare the Offer unconditional (het bod gestand doen) will be subject to a limited number of customary offer conditions, including (i) any required competition clearances having been obtained; (ii) no AFM notification under section 5:80 Wft preventing investment firms from cooperating with settlement; (iii) no governmental order or measure prohibiting completion of the Offer; and (iv) no permanent suspension or ending of trading in the Shares on Euronext Amsterdam. 

The Offer is not subject to a minimum acceptance threshold. Consequently, the Offeror will accept any Shares validly tendered, regardless of the number of Shares tendered, provided the offer conditions are satisfied or waived. 

Non-Tender Undertakings 

The Offeror has entered into irrevocable non-tender undertakings (the “Non-Tender Undertakings”) with certain members of the Sawiris family who hold Shares in the Company (each a “Non-Tendering Shareholder”), together holding 19,167,618 Shares, representing approximately 9.07% of OCI’s issued share capital. 

Pursuant to the Non-Tender Undertakings, each Non-Tendering Shareholder has irrevocably undertaken to NNS not to tender or deliver any of its Shares under the Offer, including any Shares acquired between the date of the relevant Non-Tender Undertaking and the expiry of the Offer Period.

AUCKLAND, New Zealand, June 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — We pay heartfelt tribute to our founder, Les Mills Snr, who passed away peacefully today, aged 91. 

A Kiwi icon, Les blazed a trail in sport, business, politics and life. Together with his wife Colleen, he created a fitness dynasty, first through the Les Mills New Zealand (LMNZ) chain of gyms and then Les Mills International, the group training powerhouse started by their son Phillip and his partner Jackie, now supported by their children Diana and Les Jnr. 

Born in Auckland in 1934, Les had a tough start in life, losing his father at age 11, but he found solace in his passion for fitness and physical culture, inspired by the Charles Atlas strength training program. He grew into a fearsome athlete who represented New Zealand at four Olympic Games, competing in the discus and shot put. He won Commonwealth Games Gold, three Silver medals and one Bronze, later becoming an elite international coach and sports administrator. 

Aged 19, Les married his wife Colleen – herself a world-class track and field athlete – and the pair embarked on several business ventures together before uniting their passion for sport and commerce to launch the first Les Mills gym in Auckland in 1968. After a few false starts, the gym business eventually took off and became the successful LMNZ chain of gyms that remain a cornerstone of Kiwi culture. 

While Phillip, Jackie and Colleen were busy building Les Mills International and taking group workouts global with the explosion of BODYPUMP™, Les entered politics with characteristic determination to drive change for his constituents. He served three terms as Mayor of Auckland City in the 1990s, leading sweeping reforms to strengthen communities and improve infrastructure, as well as regenerating the heart of the city and its waterfront with bold development projects. 

After leaving politics, Les continued to coach athletes, help grow the family businesses and support several charity initiatives. In 2002, he was recognized in the Queen’s Birthday and Golden Jubilee Honors, being made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to local government and sport. This complemented the earlier 1973 Queen’s Birthday Honors appointment as a Member of the Order of the British Empire for services to sport. In 2022, together with Phillip and Jackie Mills, he was inducted into the New Zealand Business Hall of Fame.
