During a security incident, ransomware event, or Windows outage, authorized administrators can use IGEL BC&DR™ with Emergency Mode to centrally reboot supported IGEL Dual Boot™-enabled endpoints into IGEL OS and recover secure access without relying on users to initiate recovery.

The need is urgent. Ransomware complaints rose by 14.42% in 2025, according to the FBI’s 2025 Internet Crime Report, with attacks expected to increase as new and sophisticated threats emerge. Organizations may recover data centers, networks, and applications quickly, yet employees can remain unable to work while affected Windows endpoints are investigated, reimaged, or replaced. Emergency Mode helps close this endpoint recovery gap through an administrator-controlled reboot into IGEL OS on in-place hardware.

Attraverso un’indagine condotta su 2.000 adulti nel Regno Unito, in Francia, Germania e Italia, la ricerca ha rivelato che quasi la metà degli intervistati, in ciascun Paese, prevede di vivere in futuro in una nazione diversa dalla propria. I tedeschi hanno le idee più chiare: quasi uno su tre (31%) sta seriamente considerando o pianificando un trasferimento, e uno su dieci (10%) lo sta pianificando attivamente proprio in questo momento. Nel Regno Unito la quota è del 28%, in Italia del 25% e in Francia del 23%.

In tutti i mercati presi in esame, la crisi del costo della vita è il fattore principale che spinge le persone a considerare più apertamente una vita all’estero: citata dal 53% dei britannici, il valore più alto, dal 48% dei francesi, dal 43% dei tedeschi e dal 32% degli italiani.

Ma ogni Paese insegue qualcosa di diverso. I francesi danno priorità allo stile di vita rispetto ai costi e la Francia è l’unico paese nello studio in cui la qualità della vita (40%) supera il costo della vita più basso (35%). Gli italiani, in particolare, sono soprattutto attratti dal lavoro: opportunità di carriera (20%) e equilibrio tra lavoro e vita privata (18%). This validation gives data centre operators, equipment manufacturers and cooling-system providers additional confidence when selecting fluids for high-performance AI infrastructure.

AI and high-performance computing are packing more processing power into data centres, generating high heat levels that can be difficult to manage with air cooling alone. Direct-to-chip cooling addresses this by circulating fluid through cold plates fitted to components such as Central Processing Units and Graphics Processing Units. Castrol ON PG25 is designed for these environments and forms part of Castrol’s wider portfolio of direct-to-chip cooling fluids. PISA – La sfida dei trentaduesimi di Coppa Italia tra Pisa ed Empoli sorride ai nerazzurri, che conquistano il passaggio del turno ai calci di rigore. Dopo l’1-1 dei tempi regolamentari, decisi dai gol di Marras e Saporiti, la squadra di casa la spunta alla lotteria finale dagli undici metri, complici i fatali errori dal dischetto di Magnino e dello stesso Saporiti. Nel post-partita, per commentare a caldo il risultato,sono intervenuti in sala stampa Paolo Bianco, Guido Pagliuca, Lorenzo Tosto e Tommaso Marras.

“C’è ancora tanto da migliorare, ma questo gruppo ha margini di crescita enormi. Non possiamo permetterci cali di tensione, tuttavia la prestazione mi è piaciuta molto. Aver superato il turno è importante perché ci regala un derby molto sentito dalla piazza, ma a quello penseremo a tempo debito; adesso la testa è solo al Padova. Rao e Tramoni? Possono tranquillamente coesistere. L’ingresso di Ferrah nel finale, invece, è stato dettato dal fatto che è un rigorista”.

PISA – Il derby toscano di Coppa Italia tra Pisa ed Empoli termina in parità al termine dei novanta minuti regolamentari. Al vantaggio siglato da Marras in chiusura di primo tempo (prima gioia personale per lui in maglia nerazzurra), risponde nella ripresa una splendida rete di Saporiti, lesto ad approfittare di un’incertezza difensiva di Canestrelli. Alla lotteria dei rigori, però, l’errore dello stesso Saporiti risulta fatale e regala il passaggio del turno al Pisa. Nei sedicesimi di finale andrà in scena un altro accesissimo derby: i nerazzurri affronteranno infatti a Fiorentina, reduce dalla netta vittoria per 4-1 contro il Benevento.

Il fischio d’inizio vede il Pisa prendere subito in mano il pallino del gioco, di fronte a un Empoli ben schierato che concede pochissimi spazi all’aggressività nerazzurra.

La prima vera occasione del match arriva al 9′: nei pressi della bandierina, Tramoni fa partire un cross verso Moreo, ma la retroguardia azzurra è attenta e si rifugia in calcio d’angolo. Sugli sviluppi del corner affidato a Marras, Vural stacca di testa ma spedisce alto. Due minuti più tardi (11′) si accende anche l’Empoli dalle parti di Semper: su azione d’angolo, Curto tenta la conclusione a rete, ma Caracciolo si fa trovare pronto e spazza via il pericolo. Superato il quarto d’ora (16′), gli ospiti si rendono nuovamente insidiosi agendo di rimessa: contropiede fulmineo chiuso da Saporiti, il cui tiro si spegne di un soffio a lato. Il ritmo resta alto e verso il 19′ torna a farsi pericoloso il Pisa: ci prova Marras da fuori area, ma la sfera sorvola di poco la traversa.

Superata la metà della frazione (27′), arriva la prima vera palla gol per i nerazzurri: Moreo innesca Piccinini, il quale si invola verso la rete e calcia a botta sicura, ma la sua conclusione si infrange sul palo. Poco dopo, scoccato il 31′, un grave errore in disimpegno dello stesso Piccinini regala il pallone a Monaco. Il giocatore dell’Empoli si presenta a tu per tu con Semper, ma l’estremo difensore compie un miracolo e salva il risultato. Un’altra leggerezza in impostazione, stavolta di Vural, fa tremare subito dopo il Pisa, che viene però graziato.

La retroguardia di casa sbanda ancora al 35′: Leone sbaglia un controllo, la sfera arriva a Monaco che calcia a botta sicura. Semper respinge, il pallone torna sui piedi dell’azzurro per il tap-in, ma il portiere si supera con un secondo intervento prodigioso. Avvicinandosi all’intervallo (42′), il Pisa torna a pungere con un siluro dalla lunga distanza di Tramoni, su cui Seghetti si fa trovare pronto deviando in corner. È il preludio al gol che sblocca il derby, in arrivo appena sessanta secondi dopo (43′): Piccinini lancia in profondità Marras, che punta dritto verso lo specchio e trafigge il portiere, siglando il vantaggio per i nerazzurri.

L’Empoli si ripresenta in campo con una novità: fuori l’ammonito Biondini, dentro Shpendi per dare maggiore peso al reparto offensivo azzurro. In avvio di ripresa (53′) si accende Leris: il nerazzurro dribbla due avversari e penetra nell’area di rigore avversaria, ma sul più bello si allunga troppo la sfera facilitando la presa in uscita di Seghetti. Poco dopo, doppia clamorosa chance per il Pisa: Vural innesca Tramoni, la cui battuta a rete viene respinta da Seghetti; sulla ribattuta si avventa Vural, ma il portiere empolese si supera e disinnesca anche questo tentativo.

Scoccato il 58′, c’è un cambio per gli ospiti: Indragoli rileva Monaco. Il pareggio dell’Empoli matura appena due giri di lancette più tardi (60′): una grave incomprensione di Canestrelli si trasforma in un assist involontario per Saporiti, che con un pregevole colpo da biliardo ristabilisce la parità.

Superata l’ora di gioco (66′), Leris cerca il riscatto mettendo in mezzo un cross insidioso per Moreo, anticipato in corner dalla difesa azzurra. Dalla bandierina, il pallone schizza nella zona di Zanon, che dal limite dell’area calcia alto. Subito dopo (67′) scatta un triplo cambio per il Pisa: dentro Meister, Esteves e Loyola al posto di Moreo, Vural e Piccinini. Risponde l’Empoli inserendo Popov e Cauz per Tosto e Di Stefano.

Il match resta vivissimo: raggiunto il 73′, lo stesso Leris salva il risultato spazzando sulla linea di porta dopo una pericolosa combinazione sull’asse Shpendi-Popov. Entrati nell’ultimo quarto d’ora (75′) c’è spazio anche per l’esordio assoluto in maglia nerazzurra di Rao, subentrato dalla panchina. Cambia ancora anche l’Empoli, con Romagnoli che prende il posto di Ceesay.

Entrati nell’ultimo quarto d’ora (78′), dalla bandierina Marras pesca Leone, il quale tenta la conclusione al volo ma non trova la giusta coordinazione, spedendo la sfera abbondantemente alta. Il forcing del Pisa prosegue inesorabile: scoccato l’83’, Meister lavora un ottimo pallone di sponda per Esteves, la cui battuta a rete è insidiosissima e fa letteralmente la barba al palo. L’occasione più clamorosa per chiudere la partita capita però sui piedi dei nerazzurri a tre minuti dal novantesimo (87′): su un traversone di Leris, il portiere Seghetti calcola male i tempi ed esce a vuoto. La palla giunge a Marras, che la rimette subito in mezzo per Meister: l’attaccante, a porta completamente sguarnita, incorna di testa ma spreca tutto mandando incredibilmente alto. La lotteria dei rigori si calcia sotto la Curva Nord. Inizia l’Empoli: il primo a presentarsi sul dischetto è Magnino, ma Semper è prodigioso e respinge la conclusione. Tocca a Marras per il Pisa, che spiazza freddamente Seghetti e porta avanti i suoi. L’azzurro Shpendi non trema e inganna Semper, ma Meister risponde presente insaccando il nuovo vantaggio nerazzurro.

La tensione sale: Popov calcia un rasoterra all’angolino basso, Semper intuisce la traiettoria ma non ci arriva. Ci pensa Rao, glaciale, a spiazzare nuovamente Seghetti per mantenere avanti il Pisa.
