The package comprises XCA160H all-terrain cranes, XCR90 rough terrain cranes and an XLC18000M crawler crane, providing a comprehensive fleet across both wheeled and crawler crane categories.

VIAREGGIO – Si è conclusa nei pressi di Boston la 49° edizione del Needham Memorial Day Tournament, storico torneo calcistico giovanile statunitense che ha visto la partecipazione di una delegazione dell’Associazione Italiana Arbitri nell’ambito del programma “Erasmus Arbitrale”. La spedizione, composta da quattordici direttori di gara italiani e un coach/osservatore, ha registrato una significativa presenza di arbitri provenienti dalla regione Toscana. Il torneo, riservato alle categorie dall’Under 11 all’Under 19 maschili e femminili, ha coinvolto club calcistici provenienti dagli Stati Uniti, dal Canada e dal Regno Unito.

I direttori di gara sono stati impegnati in un programma intensivo che ha previsto fino a cinque direzioni giornaliere, operando in terne miste internazionali con colleghi di diverse nazionalità, tra cui sloveni, tedeschi, britannici, irlandesi, spagnoli e francesi. Sotto il profilo tecnico, l’evento ha consentito la sperimentazione di strumentazioni quali bandierine elettroniche e sistemi di comunicazione radio interni. Di seguito si riporta l’intervista esclusiva rilasciata alla redazione del Corriere Toscano.

La sezione AIA di Viareggio è stata grandissima protagonista in questa spedizione a Boston con ben quattro arbitri. Che effetto fa rappresentare la propria città e la propria regione in un contesto internazionale così prestigioso?

“L’effetto che fa è molto positivo e importante per quanto mi riguarda, in quanto ti responsabilizza in qualche modo; l’ho apprezzato veramente tanto ed è stato un onore poter rappresentare la mia sezione e comunque la mia parte della regione in questo ambito, quindi porto un grande orgoglio per aver fatto questa cosa“.

Il Needham Memorial Day Tournament è uno dei tornei più antichi degli Stati Uniti. Qual è stata la tua prima impressione quando sei arrivato al Campus del Franklin W. Olin College?

“La prima impressione è stata molto positiva. Quando siamo arrivati al college, abbiamo visto tanti campi dove poi avremmo fatto le partite del torneo; chiaramente eravamo a conoscenza del fatto che fosse un torneo veramente importante per gli Stati Uniti. Abbiamo avuto anche l’onore di conoscere il presidente degli USOfficials, Levon, che è stato veramente professionale: ci ha accolto con grande gioia e piacere all’interno dell’evento, insieme alla nostra associazione che ci ha supportato fin da subito. Quindi, è stata veramente una buona prima impressione”.

Avete diretto fino a cinque partite al giorno in terne miste, collaborando con colleghi provenienti da tutta Europa (Germania, Spagna, UK…). Come si supera la barriera linguistica in campo quando bisogna prendere decisioni in frazioni di secondo?

“La barriera linguistica, in realtà, per mia grande fortuna non è stata un problema. Devo dire che mi sono anche messo, precedentemente alle partite, a leggere chiaramente il regolamento in inglese, per avere appunto meno barriera linguistica nei momenti di enfasi della gara, proprio come dicevi, nelle frazioni di secondo. Quindi, da questo punto di vista, è stato molto positivo e molto utile, anche a livello di esperienza, per imparare a fare qualcosa in un’altra lingua. L’impatto è stato davvero ottimo e la barriera linguistica sono riuscito ad affrontarla al meglio”.

In questo torneo avete utilizzato bandierine elettroniche e sistemi di comunicazione radio (auricolari), strumenti che di solito si vedono nel calcio professionistico. Com’è stato l’impatto con questa tecnologia? Ti ha aiutato nella gestione delle gare?

“Sì, devo dire che ho avuto la fortuna di poter utilizzare tutti i sistemi, come quello di comunicazione con l’auricolare e la bandierina elettronica insieme, e sono stati veramente tanto utili. Si percepisce che, andando a lavorare con questi strumenti di comunicazione, una parte dell’arbitraggio diventa, in un certo senso, più automatica, perché ti aspetti una determinata cosa; fai un briefing per concordare anche cosa dire in auricolare o quando utilizzare la bandierina elettronica e quindi sì, chiaramente è molto utile per collaborare. A primo impatto sicuramente potevo fare qualcosa di meglio, perché è stata una prima impressione molto particolare, però sicuramente nelle gare successive, avendo la fortuna di poterli usare costantemente, è andata sempre meglio e mi sono reso conto della potenzialità di questi strumenti”.

Sei stato designato come arbitro per la finale maschile Under 14 (coadiuvato tra l’altro da Gabriele Intermite, tuo collega di Viareggio). Che emozione è stata scendere in campo per l’atto conclusivo e che tipo di calcio hai trovato rispetto a quello italiano?

“È stata una grande emozione, una grande responsabilità e un orgoglio poter fare la finale, soprattutto perché coadiuvato da un mio collega di sezione come Gabriele. Chiaramente, dal punto di vista calcistico, ho visto ragazzi molto atletici che lavoravano in maniere che ho visto fare solamente lì in America, a questo torneo, e mi ha fatto molto piacere vederlo. Il livello atletico e calcistico di ragazzi e ragazze era veramente elevato. È stata davvero una bella emozione: quando ho ricevuto la designazione per la finale sono rimasto molto contento, perché chiaramente era l’ultima partita di tutto il torneo e ci tenevo a chiudere in bellezza”.

Valentina Garoffolo del Comitato Nazionale AIA ha detto che “nessuno torna davvero uguale a prima” da un’esperienza del genere. Cosa ti porti dietro, nello zaino e nel fischietto, per la tua futura carriera arbitrale?

“Mi trovo completamente d’accordo con Valentina su questo aspetto, perché il mio bagaglio di esperienza si è arricchito tanto, soprattutto grazie alla collaborazione interna con gli arbitri provenienti da tutta Europa; hanno chiaramente attitudini, modi ed esperienze completamente diverse dalla mia. Peste suina africana, Coldiretti è preoccupata: chiesto un tavolo regionale permanente

MASSA – Con una lettera firmata dalla presidente regionale, Letizia Cesani, indirizzata all’assessore alla sanità Monia Monni, Coldiretti Toscana ha chiesto la convocazione di un tavolo regionale permanente per la gestione delle emergenze epizootiche. La richiesta è stata avanzata da Coldiretti Toscana alla Regione Toscana dopo la conferma, avvenuta pochi giorni fa, del primo caso positivo in suini domestici all’interno di un allevamento commerciale nel comune di Comano.

È successo esattamente quello che temevano i 500 allevatori e agricoltori toscani scesi in piazza a Lucca lo scorso 6 novembre, per invocare un cambio di passo nell’applicazione delle misure di depopolamento dei cinghiali previste dal piano commissariale. Da allora, si è riscontrata un’impennata di ben 8 volte dei casi positivi tra i cinghiali infetti: 397 nella provincia di Lucca e 319 in quella di Massa Carrara. Secondo Coldiretti Toscana si tratta di un segnale inequivocabile: le misure e l’impegno messi in campo fino a oggi dai soggetti preposti alla gestione dell’emergenza si sono rivelati palesemente insufficienti per contrastare la diffusione di un’infezione che sta dilagando con grande velocità nella nostra regione. La posta in gioco è altissima. Sono circa 4mila gli allevamenti commerciali di suini potenzialmente a rischio in tutta la Toscana, per un valore economico della filiera di circa 100 milioni di euro, a cui si aggiungono i piccoli allevamenti domestici.

Da qui la formale richiesta di costituire e convocare, con la massima sollecitudine, un tavolo regionale permanente per affrontare la diffusione di malattie molto contagiose negli allevamenti: dalla peste suina africana all’afla epizootica. Il tavolo regionale dovrà, nel caso della peste suina, affiancare la struttura commissariale nazionale.

“Occorre creare una vera e propria cabina di regia – sottolinea Coldiretti Toscana – in grado di coordinare le attività, le risorse e il personale di tutti i soggetti coinvolti. Serve dare risposte tempestive a un territorio e ad aziende agricole che stanno pagando un prezzo salatissimo in termini sociali, economici e sanitari. Tale tavolo dovrebbe poter contare su una figura tecnica responsabile di tutte le operazioni, in grado di coordinare atti, risorse e personale afferenti a tutti gli assessorati coinvolti. Un modello flessibile che consenta interventi d’urgenza e il chiaro riconoscimento dei ruoli come già richiesto nel corso dell’incontro con la neoeletta giunta del dicembre scorso al Cinema Odeon”.
