COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LG’s new global campaign spotlights the mental load of modern life and shows how LG AI can help ease it

News Summary

SEOUL, South Korea, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — LG Electronics (LG) launched its 2026 Life’s Good campaign under the key message “Free up your mind.” The campaign explores how LG AI can help reduce the mental load of everyday life by quietly taking care of routine demands, creating more room for people to focus on what truly matters.

The campaign arrives at a time when people work harder than ever to keep everyday life running, yet increasingly struggle to switch off from its demands. According to LG survey findings, people spend nearly a quarter of the year burdened by mental load – the equivalent of 87 days a year. Mental load is the invisible burden of constant information, countless micro-decisions and everyday demands. For many people, mental load follows them home, occupying their minds even during moments of rest and recharge.

“As technology becomes part of everyday life, it should quietly help people reclaim their time and attention to enrich their lives,” said Kim Hyo-eun, head of LG’s Brand Management Division. “Now in its fourth year, the Life’s Good campaign continues to showcase how innovation makes Life’s Good and brings the brand promise to life.”

Building on previous campaign films such as We don’t make life good, you do (2024) and Less artificial. More human (2025), this year’s campaign centers on the growing mental load of modern life and making room for what makes life good.

Bringing the Campaign to Life

The campaign’s hero film follows a family stepping away from the mental load of everyday life for one evening. The film captures small but meaningful moments crowded out by everyday demands, from spontaneous conversations and shared meals to the simple pleasure of being fully present.

With this story, LG invites people to consider a simple question: what might you make room for if you could set your mental load down, even for just one evening?

The campaign’s message comes to life through product-focused films featuring LG WashTower, LG Styler, LG OLED and LG DUALCOOL. The films show how LG products can help reduce everyday mental load by quietly taking care of routine demands, freeing up people’s minds to enjoy life’s meaningful moments.

As part of the campaign, LG also offers an interactive experience designed to help people better understand their own mental load. By answering a set of questions, people can reflect on how much mental load they carry and what contributes to it. By making an invisible burden more visible, LG hopes people will free up their minds to experience Life’s Good.

The campaign is grounded in research that reveals just how deeply mental load has become embedded in everyday life.

The Scale of the Problem

Survey findings show that, on average, people experience 27 mental load interruptions during their waking hours.

“Through my research on high-functioning depression, I’ve found that the constant weight of unshared domestic tasks is a silent trigger for emotional exhaustion,” said Dr. Judith Joseph, a board-certified psychiatrist and a 2026 TIME100 Creator. “LG’s focus on reducing mental load targets the root of this modern crisis. True well-being in the AI era means easing these invisible burdens with intelligent technology, freeing up the psychological capital required to reclaim joy, spontaneity, and human connection.”

The Human Cost

More than half (51%) of respondents said mental load stops them from sleeping well, while nearly half (49%) said it impacts their physical health.

The findings also revealed a key human truth: people work hard to stay organized, yet what they miss most is the freedom to be spontaneous. When asked what they would do if that weight were lifted, people did not reach for greater productivity or achievement. Instead, they spoke about getting lost in a book, spending unplanned time with loved ones and enjoying moments free from everyday responsibilities.

The Role of Technology

The study found that unpaid responsibilities at home contribute more to mental load than paid work, highlighting the opportunity for household technology to make a meaningful difference.

Nearly three in four (73%) of respondents believe the right household technology could help reduce their mental load, with the strongest demand for solutions that proactively handle routine tasks without requiring constant attention.

The findings suggest a clear direction for technology: not simply to help people do more, but to quietly take care of everyday demands so they can spend less time managing life and more time living it. This insight aligns with LG’s Affectionate Intelligence vision and the campaign message: Free up your mind. Life’s Good.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

The study, “Large-scale bilateral cardiovascular monitoring via wearable rings,” analyzes 97,559 valid ring-PPG samples from 1,810 participants, providing new insights into bilateral wearable sensing for cardiovascular monitoring.

NEW YORK, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — A major step toward overcoming long-standing accuracy bottlenecks in consumer wearables, a joint research team from Ninenovo (parent company of RingConn), Professor Cheng Chen’s team at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Mianyang Central Hospital has published a new study in npj Digital Medicine, a Nature Portfolio journal, establishing what the researchers describe as the first large-scale bilateral ring-PPG benchmark. The study comprised 97,559 valid PPG samples from 1,810 participants, 7,478 paired blood pressure measurements, and found that combining synchronized PPG signals from both hands can substantially improve heart rate estimation, while also revealing important limitations in bilateral wearable approaches to blood pressure estimation and highlighting bilateral signal differences as a potential indicator of measurement reliability.

Cardiovascular disease remains one of the world’s leading causes of death, making continuous and accessible cardiovascular monitoring an increasingly important area of health research. Photoplethysmography (PPG), a non-invasive optical sensing technology, has become a cornerstone of consumer wearables such as smartwatches and smart rings, enabling physiological signals to be captured continuously in everyday life. Yet most wearable PPG systems rely on measurements from a single location, typically one hand or one finger, implicitly assuming that signals collected from the left and right sides of the body are sufficiently consistent to be interchangeable. Whether this assumption holds true, however, has rarely been systematically investigated. This question became the starting point for a collaborative research effort involving academic, clinical, and industry partners to explore cardiovascular monitoring through bilateral ring-based PPG.

Analyzing 97,559 valid PPG samples, the study demonstrated that bilateral signals dramatically enhance measurement reliability. Synchronized dual-hand tracking reduced heart rate means absolute error (MAE) from 10.65 bpm (population baseline) down to 3.21 bpm, and further to 2.59 bpm when signal differences remained below defined thresholds. Furthermore, these performance gains proved consistent across 12 distinct AI model architectures. While blood pressure estimation improvements were more modest (systolic MAE improved from 13.81 to 12.36 mmHg; diastolic from 9.27 to 8.21 mmHg), the findings confirm that signal consistency and sensor placement are just as critical as raw data volume.

The study opens new possibilities for the evolution of wearable health technology. For Ninenovo and its flagship brand RingConn, this publication reinforces a shared commitment to advancing not only hardware, but also the underlying algorithms and data science of digital health. Through ongoing academic and clinical collaborations, Ninenovo continues to leverage cutting-edge research to transform raw physiological data into trustworthy, everyday health solutions.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

The joint solution strengthens endpoint-to-browser security while helpingorganizations optimize VDI use for supported browser and SaaS workflows

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — IGEL
®, a global software company delivering the IGEL Adaptive Secure Endpoint Platform™, and Menlo Security, the leader in Browser Security for human and agentic workforces, today announced a partnership that delivers end-to-end secure access from endpoint to enterprise applications. The joint solution pairs the IGEL Adaptive Secure Endpoint Platform™ with Menlo Secure Application Access (SAA), helping organizations reduce unnecessary VDI dependency for browser-first workflows, reduce endpoint agent sprawl, and support Zero Trust-aligned access across web and SaaS workflows.

Closing the Endpoint-to-Browser Security Gap

Security architects face a critical challenge: many endpoint security models still treat device posture and browser access as separate control points, despite most work now happening in the browser through cloud and web applications. That gap is widening as AI agents begin working alongside employees in the browser, introducing new browser-based activity patterns that legacy endpoints and access controls were not designed to govern. The IGEL and Menlo Security partnership addresses this gap by creating a coordinated trust model that begins with the endpoint and extends into browser-based application access.

“The future of enterprise computing is browser-first, but browser security is only as strong as the operating system beneath it,” said Jim Airdo, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances at IGEL. “IGEL is the secure OS foundation for modern application access, providing the trusted platform organizations need to confidently embrace browser-delivered workspaces. Together with the Menlo Browser Security Platform, we’re delivering end-to-end protection that unifies endpoint and browser security into a single, resilient Zero Trust architecture.”

The joint solution reduces common integration and operational challenges that arise when endpoint and web security operate independently. Rather than adding more endpoint agents or routing browser-first workflows through full VDI sessions, security architects can align endpoint governance with browser-based access controls across the entire access path.

Architecture Built for Simplicity and Scale

With today’s announcement, IGEL and Menlo Security are delivering a joint solution that combines IGEL-powered endpoints with Menlo Secure Application Access, providing three core architectural advantages:

“Together, IGEL and Menlo give security teams one coordinated path from the device to the application, so they can extend Zero Trust everywhere their people and AI agents work without stacking endpoint agents or standing up VDI,” said Aayush Agarwal, Director of Product Management at Menlo Security. “Securing the browser is now central to securing the enterprise, and we are building the Menlo Browser Security Platform to be the foundation that leading endpoint and infrastructure partners like IGEL can extend their own value on.”

Measurable Business Impact

Organizations implementing the joint solution can expect specific operational improvements:

Pudu Robotics Launches PUDU ET1, an AI-Native Compact Scrubber-Dryer Robot for Small Commercial Spaces

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pudu Robotics, a global leader in commercial service robotics, launched PUDU ET1, an AI-Native Compact Scrubber-Dryer Robot designed for small commercial spaces. As the first product in the new PUDU E Series, ET1 is built for cleaning areas of 100 to 800 square meters, including convenience stores, drugstores, chain restaurants, business and economy hotels, and office spaces. With a compact body, commercial-grade cleaning performance and full-process automation, ET1 brings advanced robotic cleaning to high-frequency, space-constrained environments, marking a new step in AI-native cleaning for small commercial spaces.

A New Standard for Compact Commercial Cleaning

As cleaning automation expands from large facilities to smaller commercial locations, businesses need robots that can navigate tight spaces without compromising performance or autonomy. Larger robots can be difficult to deploy in compact stores, while smaller machines often require more manual intervention. PUDU ET1 addresses this gap by combining compact mobility with commercial-grade cleaning and full-process automation for small-format businesses.

Powerful Cleaning in One Pass

ET1 integrates scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming and dust-mopping in one robot. Its front-sweep, rear-scrub structure handles dry debris and wet stains in a single pass, helping stores improve cleaning efficiency without repeated manual work.

For deeper stain removal, ET1 combines a scrubbing roller speed of up to 800 rpm with 20 kPa suction to remove grease, footprints and stubborn stains while efficiently recovering dirt and wastewater. For sticky stains commonly found in restaurants, convenience stores and retail spaces, ET1 supports 85°C hot scrubbing, with hot water supplied by the docking station and maintained by the robot during operation.

ET1 also features real-time roller mop self-cleaning, continuously refreshing the roller to reduce dirt buildup and help prevent secondary contamination. Its streak-free cleaning design quickly recovers dirty water, leaving floors dry with minimal residual moisture and helping reduce slip risks in customer-facing spaces.

Automation That Extends Beyond Cleaning

ET1 is paired with a fully automated 8-in-1 docking station, covering automatic charging, clean water refilling, wastewater drainage, detergent dispensing, roller mop rinsing, squeegee rinsing, roller spin-drying and water heating. After each task, ET1 automatically returns to the station to complete a self-cleaning cycle, reducing daily manual intervention for store teams.

ET1 also features auto dust collection, transferring dust, hair and debris after cleaning tasks to further reduce routine upkeep. This end-to-end automation allows small commercial spaces to move beyond robot-assisted cleaning toward a more hands-free operating model.

AI Magic Cleaning for Adaptive Operations

ET1 continues PUDU Cleaning’s AI-native technology roadmap with AI Magic Cleaning, integrating perception, motion control and cleaning systems into a unified intelligent workflow. It supports autonomous mapping, automatic stain recognition, cleaning heatmaps and AI adaptive cleaning, continuously optimizing each task based on real-time floor conditions.

With AI floor surface and stain recognition, ET1 can detect carpet edges and lift the scrubbing roller to keep carpets dry, or lift the sweeping brush and side brush over liquid spills to prevent spreading mess and secondary contamination. For stubborn stains, AI Adaptive Scrubbing automatically lowers cruise speed, increases roller speed and boosts water output for deeper cleaning.

Built for Easy Deployment and Chain-Scale Use

For chain brands, ET1 is designed for easy deployment, operation and maintenance.

With Auto Mapping and One-click Start, store teams can begin cleaning without complex setup or manual mapping, lowering deployment barriers and enabling faster in-store demonstrations.

The robot also features an intuitive operating system with dedicated modes for managers and daily operators, built-in guidance and proactive maintenance reminders.

Its modular cleaning components are designed for quick removal and washing, helping teams maintain the robot more easily while reducing long-term operating costs.

Built for Narrow Aisles and Busy Stores

Built for real-world small business environments, ET1 can navigate spaces with a minimum clearance of 50 cm in width and 60 cm in height, allowing it to move through narrow aisles, shelf gaps and low-clearance areas in convenience stores, drugstores and restaurants. It can operate during business hours while reducing disruption to customers and staff, making all-day cleaning more practical in dynamic commercial spaces.

Its edge cleaning capability also helps improve coverage along walls, shelves and corners, addressing areas often missed in routine cleaning.

More Than a Cleaner

For retail scenarios, ET1 can be equipped with an optional 21.5-inch advertising display, enabling stores to show promotions, product campaigns and brand content. With cloud-based content management and customizable body wraps, the robot can also serve as a mobile in-store marketing touchpoint, creating additional value beyond cleaning.

As the first product in the PUDU E Series, ET1 marks a strategic expansion of PUDU’s commercial cleaning portfolio. Together with the PUDU CC1 Series, MT1 Series and BG1 Series, ET1 enables PUDU to provide cleaning solutions across different commercial space sizes, from small stores to large commercial complexes, supermarkets, office buildings, warehouses and logistics facilities.

According to Frost & Sullivan’s 2025 Global Embodied Intelligence and Commercial Service Robotics Independent Market Research Report, Pudu Robotics ranks No. 1 globally in commercial cleaning robotics revenue with a 29% market share. The launch of ET1 further strengthens PUDU’s leadership in commercial cleaning robotics and reflects the company’s long-term commitment to real-world commercial scenarios, AI-native innovation and scalable robotic solutions.

About Pudu Robotics

Pudu Robotics is a global leader in commercial service robotics and the industry’s first company to offer a full portfolio spanning specialized, semi-humanoid, and humanoid robots. According to Frost & Sullivan’s latest market report, Pudu Robotics ranks No. 1 globally in commercial service robotics by both revenue and shipment volume.

Migliori SPA a Roma: parla l’esperta

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Il team è affiliato all’Aeroclub Fly X e all’ASD Marche in Volo.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Velo hosted its inaugural “Echoes of Tomorrowland” event at the Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza with a vibrant display of music, unity, and shared human experience.

Reaffirming that dance music has no borders, the event gave fans in Ibiza the opportunity to experience the unique sense of connection and community that defines Tomorrowland.

The event was headlined by Ukrainian house and techno DJ, Korolova, and featured a livestream from Tomorrowland’s mainstage. Recreating Tomorrowland’s unique culture of spontaneous community, Velo welcomed a mix of consumer fans alongside hosted media from the UK and Spain, and lifestyle and music creators flown in from all corners of the globe.

To actively foster a culture of community, Velo introduced a bespoke social experiment in connection at the door. Guests were handed a beautifully crafted physical butterfly half and challenged to find a stranger holding the other half to complete the butterfly. This interactive social experiment instantly turned a room of strangers into an active, collaborative community.

The event followed new global research* highlighting a growing need for shared experiences, which reveals that almost two in five adults (39%) find building meaningful connections harder with age.

Velo and Tomorrowland believe the ultimate catalyst for breaking down these barriers is the music itself. The physical dancefloor acts as a powerful space for connection, driven by its unique role in self-expression. 30% of respondents agree the dancefloor is where they feel most able to show up as their authentic selves and “dance like nobody’s watching”, while 61% feel more comfortable expressing themselves when they see others doing the same.

Reflecting on the unique energy of the night, global DJ headliner Korolova said: “The dancefloor is one of the few places where people feel completely free to express who they are without judgment. That’s the energy I felt throughout the night in Ibiza, thanks to Velo – it was incredible to watch everyone let go, show up as their true selves, and celebrate their originality together.”

Supporting artist Camden Cox added: “What stayed with me from the night was watching total strangers connect so easily through a shared experience. Sometimes all people need is a small invitation to start a conversation, and seeing the crowd use the physical butterflies to break the ice and dance together was pure magic.”

Malky Brown, Global Head of Content & Partnerships at BAT, commented: “With ‘Echoes of Tomorrowland’, we wanted to recreate the sense of connection that makes the festival so special. By encouraging people to step outside their comfort zones and connect with others, we brought to life Velo’s belief that self-expression can bring people closer together.”

Following on from the “Echoes of Tomorrowland” event, Korolova took over the iconic Freedom Stage at Tomorrowland to unveil her brand-new, immersive global audiovisual project, Captive Soul, where she captivated the crowd with her performance and encouraged them to embrace their originality.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LIMBURGERHOF, Germany, Aug. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — BASF Agricultural Solutions is investing a low double-digit million-euro amount in a new Climate Center at its headquarters in Limburgerhof, Germany. The purpose-built facility will strengthen the company’s research and regulatory capabilities and support the generation of scientific data required for the registration of crop protection products worldwide.

Construction of the Climate Center has already started and is scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2027. Once operational, the facility will house state-of-the-art climate chambers designed to provide precisely controlled environmental conditions for scientific studies. The investment responds to increasing regulatory requirements and rising demand for high-quality, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)-compliant ecotoxicology studies.

“The new Climate Center is much more than a research facility. It is a strategic investment that supports our ambition to combine world-class research with enhanced regulatory capabilities,” said Melanie Bausen-Wiens, Member of the Management Board of BASF Agricultural Solutions in charge of Technology. “This will enable us to bring innovative solutions to the farmers more efficiently, responsibly and in line with evolving regulatory requirements.”

The new Climate Center will provide highly controlled conditions for ecotoxicology studies. By precisely regulating factors such as temperature, humidity and light, the facility will enable reproducible and scientifically robust studies while enhancing planning reliability, data quality and capacity for a growing volume of studies.

Some of the climate chambers will be dedicated to insecticide research activities. Controlled environmental conditions are essential for producing insect populations used in early-stage screening and discovery programs, helping to advance future crop protection innovations.

The investment underscores BASF Agricultural Solutions’ long-term commitment to the Agricultural Center in Limburgerhof as one of its key global hubs for agricultural innovation. Expanding the site’s infrastructure will further strengthen its scientific capabilities, its competitiveness, as well as attract future talent.

Second Quarter 2026 Conference Call

Quantinuum will host a conference call at 5 PM Eastern time on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to discuss its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, and provide a business update. The call will be available live via webcast here.

An archived replay of the webcast will be made available on the Quantinuum Investor Relations website following the call and will remain available for one year.

Non-GAAP Financial Measures

To supplement Quantinuum’s condensed consolidated financial statements presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”), the Company uses the following non-GAAP financial measures presented in this release: Adjusted Gross Profit, Adjusted Gross Margin, Adjusted Net Loss, fully distributed, Adjusted EBITDA, and Adjusted Net Loss Per Share, fully distributed.

Adjusted Gross Profit starts with GAAP gross profit and adds back equity compensation and related employer taxes attributable to cost of revenue and depreciation and amortization attributable to cost of revenue.

Adjusted Gross Margin is calculated as Adjusted Gross Profit divided by revenue, net.

Adjusted Net Loss, fully distributed starts with GAAP net loss on an as-converted basis, adds back GAAP income tax expense, adjusts for equity compensation and related employer taxes, costs of the initial public offering and the transition to public company reporting, the change in fair value of liability-classified warrants, and loss on disposal and write down of assets, and then applies an assumed statutory tax rate to the resulting adjusted pre-tax loss. No tax benefit is recognized in respect of losses subject to a full valuation allowance, and accordingly no tax benefit is reflected in the periods presented.

Adjusted EBITDA starts with Adjusted Net Loss, fully distributed, and further excludes interest income, net, depreciation, and amortization of acquired intangibles.

Adjusted Net Loss Per Share, fully distributed is calculated as Adjusted Net Loss, fully distributed, divided by adjusted shares, fully distributed, basic and diluted, comprising weighted-average Class A common shares outstanding and Common Units of Quantinuum Holdings.

Management believes these measures provide investors with additional information useful in evaluating the Company’s operating performance and trends across periods. Quantinuum’s results include large non-cash charges that do not reflect the cost of operating the business in the period, principally stock-based compensation recognized on completion of the Reorganization and remeasurement of liability-classified warrants. Both are driven by accounting triggers and external inputs rather than operating activity. As an early commercial-stage business, Quantinuum’s period-to-period results also are affected by the timing of individual contracts. Measures that isolate underlying operating performance from non-cash and transition items help investors assess trends across periods.

Quantinuum’s Up-C structure means that GAAP net loss attributable to Quantinuum Inc. reflects only the Class A share of the economics. Presenting adjusted results on an as-converted, fully distributed basis describes the whole economic enterprise, which is how management assesses performance and how the business is managed. Management uses these measures for internal planning and forecasting, evaluating operating performance, and preparing budgets.

These non-GAAP financial measures are supplemental and are not prepared in accordance with GAAP. They are not intended to be considered in isolation or as a substitute for the most directly comparable financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP. Quantinuum’s non-GAAP measures may differ from similarly titled measures used by other companies and, therefore, may not be comparable. Investors should review the reconciliations and should not rely on any single financial measure to evaluate the Company’s business.

Each non-GAAP financial measure is reconciled to its most directly comparable GAAP financial measure in the tables at the end of this release.

Appendix

(1) Our condensed consolidated statements of operations present amortization of acquired intangibles as a single separate line and do not present a gross profit subtotal. The amount shown in this table is the portion of that line attributable to cost of revenue, allocated according to the assets to which it relates. Cost of revenue is presented as reported. The remaining portion is presented within research and development.(2) Represents stock-based compensation expense and the related employer payroll taxes on equity vesting, in each case attributable to cost of revenue. Employer payroll taxes were 242 and 242 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and 0 in the corresponding prior year periods. These amounts are a subset of the equity compensation and related employer taxes adjustment presented in the reconciliation of GAAP net loss.(3) Represents depreciation of property and equipment and amortization of acquired intangible assets attributable to cost of revenue.

(1) The as-converted basis includes the economic interests represented by Class A common stock and Common Units of Quantinuum Holdings as if all Common Units were exchanged for Class A common stock. It is used because Class A common stock represents a minority of the economic interest in Quantinuum Holdings.(2) Represents non-cash compensation expense associated with equity-based awards, including expense recognized in connection with the Reorganization, together with the related employer payroll taxes on equity vesting. Employer payroll taxes were $17,127 and $17,127 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and zero in the corresponding prior year periods. The stock-based compensation component agrees to the stock compensation expense line in the condensed consolidated statements of cash flows.(3) Represents costs of the initial public offering, transaction costs, and the transition to public company reporting. These costs represent professional fees for advisory, legal, accounting, valuation and other professional or consulting services incurred related to the IPO. These costs are scoped by reference to their cause and have a defined end. They do not include the ongoing costs of operating as a public company.(4) Represents the non-cash change in fair value of liability-classified warrants, which is driven by valuation inputs and accounting remeasurement rather than operating activity.(5) Represents the tax effect of the adjusted pre-tax loss using the assumed statutory tax rate presented in the table.(6) Represents total depreciation and amortization per our condensed consolidated statements of cash flows, less amortization of acquired intangibles shown separately below. Includes amortization of capitalized software.(7) Represents total amortization of acquired intangible assets for the period and agrees to the amortization expense line in the condensed consolidated statements of operations.(8) The denominator comprises Class A common stock and all Common Units of Quantinuum Holdings. Class B common stock is non-economic, carries voting rights only, and is cancelled upon exchange of the corresponding Common Units.(9) GAAP net loss per Class A common share covers only the period from June 5, 2026, following the Transactions, while adjusted net loss per share, fully distributed, covers the full period presented. The two measures therefore are not calculated on the same period basis. No per share amounts are presented for periods prior to the Reorganization because the calculation would not produce values meaningful to users.

Quantinuum and Oracle Partner to Accelerate Hybrid Quantum Compute Adoption on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

BROOMFIELD, Colo. and AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Quantinuum (NASDAQ: QNT), a leading quantum computing company, and Oracle today announced a multi-year strategic partnership to bring quantum computing to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Under the partnership, OCI customers will be able to directly access Quantinuum’s Helios, the most accurate commercial quantum computer in the world,[1] through OCI’s quantum service, alongside OCI’s high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU infrastructure.

Together, Quantinuum and Oracle plan to explore how hybrid quantum-AI infrastructure could address some of the most computationally intensive challenges facing enterprises and broaden access for universities and research institutions advancing scientific discovery and education. The partnership reflects a shared vision that the future of enterprise computing will be built on the convergence of AI, classical supercomputing, and quantum computing. Many complex problems across materials discovery, drug development, logistics, energy, and financial modeling already push the limits of today’s computing architectures.

“We believe the next phase of enterprise computing will be shaped by bringing quantum, AI, and high-performance computing together,” said Dr. Rajeeb Hazra, President and CEO of Quantinuum. “Deploying Helios inside OCI gives Quantinuum and Oracle an opportunity to create a unique deeply integrated environment for hybrid workloads, explore enterprise use cases with customers, and accelerate commercial adoption.”

Quantum computing offers a fundamentally different approach to computation with the potential to address problems that are impractical for traditional systems alone. In addition, quantum computing uses significantly less energy than supercomputers. A single Helios system has an estimated power draw of less than one percent of the draw reported for leading supercomputers,[2] offering a lower power complementary resource for suitable hybrid workloads.

“AI has changed what organizations can imagine, and we believe quantum computing can expand what they’re able to solve,” said Mahesh Thiagarajan, Executive Vice President of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. “By bringing Quantinuum’s Helios to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, we want to give developers a practical and secure way to explore how quantum computing could complement their existing AI and HPC workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure while improving compute efficiency and energy use.”

With Quantinuum’s Helios on OCI, customers can expect to gain managed, secure access to cloud-hosted quantum computing without having to procure, install, or operate dedicated hardware or specialized facilities. Helios, launched commercially in November 2025, is Quantinuum’s third-generation quantum computer. The 98-physical-qubit trapped-ion system has been used in demonstrations involving 48 logical qubits and achieves an average two-qubit gate fidelity of 99.921%, exceeding the widely cited “three 9s” threshold. Helios is designed for hybrid integration with classical HPC and AI environments.

By operating on-premises within OCI’s infrastructure, Helios is anticipated to be able to integrate seamlessly with existing OCI compute, networking, storage, identity, and data services under the same governance and access controls customers already use. Oracle plans to preview its OCI quantum service in the coming months, giving developers a streamlined way to move from simulation to execution on real quantum computing hardware. The planned OCI quantum service is expected to combine Quantinuum’s development stack with support for open-source hybrid-programming frameworks, helping developers build, test, and refine quantum-classical applications more efficiently.

New Possibilities for Hybrid Quantum-AI Computing

“Our roadmap includes exploring classical-quantum hybrid computing to accelerate scientific discovery,” said Johannes Blaschke, Head of Scientific Computing, GBI at Ellison Institute of Technology. “QPUs promise to unlock new insights as they are very different from the hardware that we are used to. So having both GPUs and QPUs available within OCI would provide an all-in-one platform, simplify the operation of novel hardware, and help us move at speed from concept to execution by allowing our researchers to focus on innovation. It could herald in an exciting new phase for our work.”

“As quantum computing moves closer to enterprise adoption, simplifying how organizations access and integrate quantum resources has become just as important as advancing the hardware itself,” said Heather West, PhD, Global Quantum Research Lead at IDC. “Deploying quantum systems within private cloud environments enables organizations to integrate quantum computing into existing AI and HPC workflows through familiar cloud infrastructure and development tools, reducing barriers to adoption and making hybrid quantum-classical computing a practical part of enterprise IT.”

Mews secures the first e-money license held by a hospitality operating system in the European Economic Area

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

The license gives Mews the regulated standing to process payments on its own infrastructure, giving hotels more control over how their money flows within the system they already run on

AMSTERDAM, Aug. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mews Financial Services B.V., the regulated entity established by Mews Systems, has been granted an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). The license is a foundational step in Mews’ ambition to make its operating system the home for financial services purpose-built for hospitality, where running the business and managing its money start to come together in a single platform.

The license gives Mews a regulated status in the European Economic Area (EEA), enabling it to unify payment services, financial workflows and operational data within a single system. Until now, the operational record has lived in Mews while the financial record has been originated in third-party systems. The EMI license allows Mews to bring both together in one place, the same place where revenue is created. It also lays the foundation for Mews to build new financial capabilities tailored for hospitality on top of its existing infrastructure.

Richard Valtr, Founder of Mews said: “For all the software running hotels today, money has never worked as one connected system: a processor here, a bank there, a reconciliation spreadsheet in between. So, an operating system for a hotel has to include financial management, because so much of productivity and growth comes down to managing risk. Embedded payments started to close the gap. This licence gives us the foundation to go further, building the financial infrastructure this industry has been missing, so money works around how the hotel runs, not the other way round.”

Regulated infrastructure for a more complex industry

Mews reached $19.7 billion in hotel transaction value in 2025. At that scale, the complexity of connecting what a hotel earns to what it holds, moves and accounts for has grown beyond what fragmented infrastructure was designed to manage. Financial infrastructure that is regulated, native to the system and built for hospitality addresses that complexity directly.

As a regulated entity, Mews Financial Services is subject to the governance, safeguarding and compliance requirements that come with delivering payment services in the EEA, including keeping customer funds entirely separate from Mews’ own operational accounts. With the license, Mews will also bring risk, fraud monitoring, sanctions screening and anti-money laundering controls directly into the operating system.

The next step in financial services for hotels

Mews Financial Services will roll out its regulated capabilities in a controlled way from late 2026, beginning with a pilot group of properties in the Netherlands before expanding progressively across the EEA.

The long-term ambition is to become the financial partner hospitality leaders trust, turning the operational data that already flows through the platform into new financial products that help hotels grow revenue and run stronger businesses.

About Mews Financial Services B.V.Mews Financial Services B.V. is authorized and regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) as an Electronic Money Institution, license number RD202009. Customer funds are held in safeguarded accounts, entirely separate from Mews’ own operational funds, in accordance with the Electronic Money Directive.

About MewsMews is the operating system for hospitality, unifying workflows across revenue, operations and the guest journey so teams can automate the mundane and focus on memorable guest experiences. The Mews platform spans PMS, POS, RMS, Housekeeping and Payments, helping hoteliers move from property management to profit management. Powering 15,000 customers across 85 countries, the company was named Best PMS (2024, 2025, 2026), Best POS (2026) and listed among the Best Places to Work in Hotel Tech for six years running by Hotel Tech Report.
