COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

The rebrand signals a structural shift: from software vendor to AI-native outcome partner, backed by seven autonomous agents and a human co-ownership model

LONDON, July 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Netcore Cloud, a global leader in MarTech, Customer Engagement, CPaaS, Email Marketing & Product discovery, today announced its rebrand to Netcore.ai, marking the company’s formal transition to an agentic marketing platform. The new identity reflects a fundamental change in how Netcore operates: its seven AI agents now autonomously plan, execute, analyse, and optimise marketing campaigns across the full customer lifecycle, while Netcore’s MarTech growth engineers remain co-accountable for each client’s growth outcomes. Netcore.ai is the first platform in the industry to move beyond software delivery into shared outcome ownership, a model where the vendor’s success is structurally tied to the client’s.

The announcement marks a structural shift in how enterprise marketing technology is sold and delivered. Where most platforms stop at capability and configuration, Netcore’s model assigns dedicated teams who share responsibility for campaign outcomes, activation results, and revenue contribution.

A unified stack for the entire customer journey, agents learning from each interaction

Netcore’s now powering the entire customer journey from intent to maximizing CLTV. Netcore’s agentic marketing platform brings together customer engagement, product discovery, personalisation, CDP, email marketing, and CPaaS channels into a single stack. All signals from these capabilities flow into a central context layer and governance layer, which builds a unified, consent-managed view of each customer and their journey in real time.

This unified architecture is the foundation on which Netcore’s seven AI agents operate. The agents autonomously plan, execute, analyse, and optimise hyper-personalised marketing campaigns across every channel and every stage of the customer lifecycle. Because every agent draws from the same contextual layer, decisions made in one channel are immediately available across all others.

Humans and agents, working as one team

Autonomous execution does not mean unsupported execution. Each client is paired with an experienced Netcore growth engineer who monitors performance, interprets signals, and intervenes where judgement matters. The agents handle the volume and velocity that no human team can sustain. The growth engineers bring deep domain expertise and proven industry playbooks to help customers achieve and outperform industry benchmarks.

“Most platforms hand you the keys and step back,” said Rajesh Jain, Founder & MD at Netcore. “We designed this differently. The agents run the campaigns. Our teams stay in the room. And we carry the same accountability for outcomes that our clients do.”

Outcome based pricing

Netcore’s co-ownership model formalises what has historically been left to goodwill in vendor relationships. Under this model, Netcore does not simply deliver software and measure usage. The company structures its engagement around the client’s business KPIs, with its teams directly accountable for the outcomes the platform was deployed to achieve.

This means clients gain two things simultaneously: the execution speed of AI agents that operate across millions of customer touchpoints without manual intervention, and the strategic continuity of a dedicated team that is financially and operationally invested in making the numbers move.

The model is designed specifically for marketing organisations that face growing pressure to demonstrate revenue contribution from their technology investments, not just platform adoption.

The agentic marketing platform is available now across Netcore’s markets in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, North America, Europe and Africa. Enterprise clients can access the full platform, including the unified Context Layer and all seven AI agents, through Netcore’s existing engagement structure.

About Netcore

Following Stage 1 evaluation, Destinus has been invited to demonstrate its system in EDA’s operational experimentation campaign in Portugal this autumn.

BRUSSELS, July 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Destinus, a European developer and manufacturer of strike missile systems and interceptor systems, has been ranked among the five highest-scoring applicants in Stage 1 of the European Defence Agency’s Prize Contest “Sentinel Strike Challenge” on loitering munitions, run through EDA’s Hub for European Defence Innovation (HEDI). As a Stage 1 winner, Destinus is invited to Stage 2 of the contest: an operational experimentation campaign hosted by the Portuguese Army at the Santa Margarida Military Training Area.

The Sentinel Strike Challenge supports the operational experimentation of emerging loitering munition capabilities in Europe. It is designed to generate comparable operational evidence on the performance, resilience, reliability, safety and operational suitability of complete systems, assessed across the full precision strike mission cycle — from mission planning and launch through target detection, engagement and post-strike assessment — in realistic, degraded and contested conditions. Stage 2 takes place within EDA’s Operational Experimentation Campaign 2026 (OPEX26 PT), conducted in conjunction with the Portuguese Army’s ARTEX26 experimentation exercise, from 28 September to 9 October 2026.

Destinus will demonstrate a complete loitering munition system developed and produced in Europe with operational experience in demanding environments. The selection follows an evaluation of technical proposals submitted by applicants from across participating EU Member States.

Stage 2 results will be announced at the EDA Annual Conference in early 2027.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

– 29 July 2026 – Amid growing climate pressures and intensifying global competition, Thailand’s cement industry is accelerating its transformation by integrating policy, technology, innovation, energy transition, circular economy, and digitalization into practical implementation; enhancing competitiveness while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Mr. Surachai Nimla-or, Chairman of TCMA, stated that “The NEXT Chapter” represents a critical inflection point for the industry, guided by the principle of being “competitive, growth-oriented, and low-carbon.” TCMA is advancing this transition through five key engines:

“The core of ‘The NEXT Chapter’ is ‘accelerating collaborative action’; connecting policy, technology, and investment to deliver measurable and scalable impact,” said Mr. Surachai.
POSITIVE CHMP OPINION SUPPORTS BROADER USE OF AMGEN’S REPATHA® BEFORE A FIRST HEART ATTACK OR STROKE

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

Repatha is the Only PCSK9 Inhibitor Proven to Significantly Reduce Risk of First Heart Attack and Stroke in Phase 3 Clinical Trial, Setting a New Benchmark in Cardiovascular Risk Reduction

Recommendation Based on the Landmark Phase 3 Global VESALIUS-Cardiovascular Trial of More Than 12,000 Patients

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif., July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Amgen (NASDAQ: AMGN) today announced the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has adopted a positive opinion for Repatha® (evolocumab) for adults with established or at high risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease to reduce cardiovascular risk by lowering LDL-C levels, as an adjunct to correction of other risk factors. The recommendation is based on results from the Phase 3 VESALIUS-CV trial, which demonstrated that Repatha significantly reduced the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in high-risk adults without a prior heart attack or stroke, when added to statins or other LDL-C-lowering treatments.

“There remains a significant unmet need in Europe, where many patients at high cardiovascular risk are unable to achieve recommended LDL-C levels despite available lipid-lowering therapies,” said Paul Burton, M.D., Ph.D., chief medical officer at Amgen. “The CHMP’s positive opinion reflects the strength of Repatha’s clinical evidence and brings us one step closer to making Repatha available to more patients who may benefit from it. Repatha is the only PCSK9 inhibitor proven in a Phase 3 clinical trial to reduce the risk of a first major cardiovascular event. If approved by the European Commission, this expanded indication has the potential to redefine cardiovascular care for appropriate patients in Europe.”

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide.1 Recent research shows that more than 99% of people who experience a first-time cardiovascular event have at least one traditional risk factor, including high LDL-C, which is one of the most modifiable risk factors for heart attack or stroke.2 While the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) and European Atherosclerosis Society (EAS) guidelines recommend intensive LDL-C lowering based on cardiovascular risk, many high-risk patients remain above recommended LDL-C targets despite available lipid-lowering therapies.3

Repatha was initially approved in the European Union in 2015 for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia, as well as to reduce cardiovascular risk in adults with established ASCVD. The European Commission is expected to make a final decision on the application in the coming months.

About the VESALIUS-CV TrialVESALIUS-CV is a Phase 3, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, global clinical trial designed to evaluate the impact of LDL-C lowering with evolocumab on MACE in adults at high CV risk without prior heart attack or stroke. Results were published in the New England Journal of Medicine in November 2025. Repatha demonstrated a 25% relative reduction in the risk of a composite of coronary heart disease (CHD) death, heart attack or ischemic stroke (3-P MACE), and 19% reduction in a broader composite that also included any ischemia-driven arterial revascularization (4-P MACE). Evolocumab also reduced the risk of heart attack by 36%. A consistent benefit was seen with evolocumab vs. placebo across all three endpoints, including the reduced risk of heart attack by 36%. In a lipid sub-study, adding evolocumab to a maximally tolerated dose of statin and/or ezetimibe substantially lowered LDL-C levels among observed patients, with a median level of 45 mg/dL compared to 109 mg/dL in the placebo group.

VESALIUS-CV enrolled more than 12,000 patients with known ASCVD or high-risk diabetes, who had no history of heart attack or stroke, an LDL-C ≥ 90 mg/dL, or non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (non-HDL-C) ≥ 120 mg/dL, or apolipoprotein B ≥ 80 mg/dL; and treated with highest tolerated dose of statin and/or ezetimibe. The median baseline LDL-C was 122 mg/dL (IQR, 104-149 mg/dL) on local lab testing. Participants were randomized to receive evolocumab or placebo in addition to optimized lipid-lowering therapy and were followed for a median of approximately 4.6 years.

Amgen’s Commitment to Cardiovascular InnovationAmgen is redefining cardiometabolic care with cutting-edge science rooted in human biology that addresses closely connected cardiovascular and metabolic diseases that lead to serious outcomes or death.

Cardiometabolic conditions commonly coexist and can lead to serious outcomes or death, even though they are treatable.4 Despite advances in lipid-lowering and metabolic therapies, substantial residual cardiovascular risk remains, driven by persistent LDL-C elevation, genetically mediated Lp(a) and obesity-related cardiometabolic dysfunction.5

Leveraging 40+ years of cutting-edge science and human genetics, Amgen is redefining cardiometabolic care and risk management. With years of success in cardiovascular disease with Repatha, Amgen is well positioned to deliver potential breakthrough medicines like MariTide and olpasiran to help address patient needs in cardiometabolic care and multiple interconnected drivers of cardiovascular and metabolic disease.

About RepathaRepatha is a human monoclonal antibody that inhibits proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9). Repatha binds to PCSK9 and inhibits circulating PCSK9 from binding to the low-density lipoprotein (LDL) receptor (LDLR), preventing PCSK9-mediated LDLR degradation and permitting LDLR to recycle back to the liver cell surface. By inhibiting the binding of PCSK9 to LDLR, Repatha increases the number of LDLRs available to clear LDL from the blood, thereby lowering LDL-C levels.

Repatha is one of the most extensively studied PCSK9 inhibitors, with clinical and real-world evidence across diverse populations and CV risk profiles.6 The clinical benefits and safety of Repatha have been studied for 15 years in 51 clinical trials with over 57,000 patients.7 Repatha is the only PCSK9 inhibitor to demonstrate a significant reduction of cardiovascular events as both high-risk primary and secondary prevention, with patients achieving and maintaining dramatic LDL-C reductions using Repatha only once every two weeks.8,9

Repatha was first approved in 2015 and has since been used by more than 10 million patients globally.10 In August 2025, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration broadened the approved use of Repatha to include adults at increased risk for major adverse CV events due to uncontrolled LDL-C. Repatha is approved in 74 countries, including the U.S., Japan, Canada and in all 28 countries that are members of the European Union.11 Applications in other countries are pending.

Important EU Product Information

In Europe Repatha is approved for use in:

Hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemiaRepatha is indicated in adults with primary hypercholesterolemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) or mixed dyslipidemia, as an adjunct to diet:

Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemiaRepatha is indicated in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia in combination with other lipid-lowering therapies.

Atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseaseRepatha is indicated in adults with established or at high risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease to reduce cardiovascular risk by lowering LDL‑C levels, as an adjunct to correction of other risk factors:

PosologyPrimary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia in adults

The recommended dose of Repatha is either 140 mg every two weeks or 420 mg once monthly; both doses are clinically equivalent.

Homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over

The initial recommended dose is 420 mg once monthly. After 12 weeks of treatment, dose frequency can be up-titrated to 420 mg once every 2 weeks if a clinically meaningful response is not achieved. Patients on apheresis may initiate treatment with 420 mg every two weeks to correspond with their apheresis schedule.

Important Safety InformationThis medicinal product is subject to additional monitoring. This will allow quick identification of new safety information. Healthcare professionals are asked to report any suspected adverse reactions.

All statements, other than statements of historical fact, are statements that could be deemed forward-looking statements, including any statements on the outcome, benefits and synergies of collaborations, or potential collaborations, with any other company (including BeOne Medicines Ltd. or Kyowa Kirin Co., Ltd.), the performance of Otezla® (apremilast), our acquisitions of ChemoCentryx, Inc., Dark Blue Therapeutics, Ltd. or Horizon Therapeutics plc (including the prospective performance and outlook of Horizon’s business, performance and opportunities, and any potential strategic benefits, synergies or opportunities expected as a result of such acquisition), as well as estimates of revenues, operating margins, capital expenditures, cash, other financial metrics, expected legal, arbitration, political, regulatory or clinical results or practices, customer and prescriber patterns or practices, reimbursement activities and outcomes, effects of pandemics or other widespread health problems on our business, outcomes, progress, and other such estimates and results. Forward-looking statements involve significant risks and uncertainties, including those discussed below and more fully described in the Securities and Exchange Commission reports filed by Amgen, including our most recent annual report on Form 10-K and any subsequent periodic reports on Form 10-Q and current reports on Form 8-K. Unless otherwise noted, Amgen is providing this information as of the date of this news release and does not undertake any obligation to update any forward-looking statements contained in this document as a result of new information, future events or otherwise.

No forward-looking statement can be guaranteed and actual results may differ materially from those we project. Discovery or identification of new product candidates or development of new indications for existing products cannot be guaranteed and movement from concept to product is uncertain; consequently, there can be no guarantee that any particular product candidate or development of a new indication for an existing product will be successful and become a commercial product. Further, preclinical results do not guarantee safe and effective performance of product candidates in humans. The complexity of the human body cannot be perfectly, or sometimes, even adequately modeled by computer or cell culture systems or animal models. The length of time that it takes for us to complete clinical trials and obtain regulatory approval for product marketing has in the past varied and we expect similar variability in the future. Even when clinical trials are successful, regulatory authorities may question the sufficiency for approval of the trial endpoints we have selected. We develop product candidates internally and through licensing collaborations, partnerships and joint ventures. Product candidates that are derived from relationships may be subject to disputes between the parties or may prove to be not as effective or as safe as we may have believed at the time of entering into such relationship. Also, we or others could identify safety, side effects or manufacturing problems with our products, including our devices, after they are on the market.

Our results may be affected by our ability to successfully market both new and existing products domestically and internationally, clinical and regulatory developments involving current and future products, sales growth of recently launched products, competition from other products including biosimilars, difficulties or delays in manufacturing our products and global economic conditions, including those resulting from geopolitical relations and government actions. In addition, sales of our products are affected by pricing pressure, political and public scrutiny and reimbursement policies imposed by third-party payers, including governments, private insurance plans and managed care providers and may be affected by regulatory, clinical and guideline developments and domestic and international trends toward managed care and healthcare cost containment. Furthermore, our research, testing, pricing, marketing and other operations are subject to extensive regulation by domestic and foreign government regulatory authorities. Our business may be impacted by government investigations, litigation and product liability claims. In addition, our business may be impacted by the adoption of new tax legislation or exposure to additional tax liabilities. Further, while we routinely obtain patents for our products and technology, the protection offered by our patents and patent applications may be challenged, invalidated or circumvented by our competitors, or we may fail to prevail in present and future intellectual property litigation. We perform a substantial amount of our commercial manufacturing activities at a few key facilities, including in Puerto Rico, and also depend on third parties for a portion of our manufacturing activities, and limits on supply may constrain sales of certain of our current products and product candidate development. An outbreak of disease or similar public health threat, and the public and governmental effort to mitigate against the spread of such disease, could have a significant adverse effect on the supply of materials for our manufacturing activities, the distribution of our products, the commercialization of our product candidates, and our clinical trial operations, and any such events may have a material adverse effect on our product development, product sales, business and results of operations. We rely on collaborations with third parties for the development of some of our product candidates and for the commercialization and sales of some of our commercial products. In addition, we compete with other companies with respect to many of our marketed products as well as for the discovery and development of new products. Further, some raw materials, medical devices and component parts for our products are supplied by sole third-party suppliers. Certain of our distributors, customers and payers have substantial purchasing leverage in their dealings with us. The discovery of significant problems with a product similar to one of our products that implicate an entire class of products could have a material adverse effect on sales of the affected products and on our business and results of operations. Our efforts to collaborate with or acquire other companies, products or technology, and to integrate the operations of companies or to support the products or technology we have acquired, may not be successful, and may result in unanticipated costs, delays or failures to realize the benefits of the transactions. A breakdown, cyberattack or information security breach of our information technology systems could compromise the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our systems and our data. Our stock price is volatile and may be affected by a number of events. Our business and operations may be negatively affected by the failure, or perceived failure, of achieving our sustainability objectives. The effects of global climate change and related natural disasters could negatively affect our business and operations. Global economic conditions may magnify certain risks that affect our business. Our business performance could affect or limit the ability of our Board of Directors to declare a dividend or our ability to pay a dividend or repurchase our common stock. We may not be able to access the capital and credit markets on terms that are favorable to us, or at all.

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

CORAL GABLES, Fla., July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — NatGold Digital Ltd. (“NatGold Digital” or the “Company”), a pioneering digital gold mining company with a patent-pending process for sustainably unlocking the intrinsic value of in-ground gold resources through its digital mining and blockchain-based tokenization platform, today announced the launch of global trading for the NatGold Token (NATG).

NATG is scheduled to commence trading on the MEXC Exchange Innovation Zone, a specialized trading area dedicated to emerging, high-potential, digital assets on one of the world’s largest, highest-volume cryptocurrency exchanges, at 11:00 a.m. (UTC) on Thursday, July 30, 2026, marking the activation of its multi-channel global distribution strategy: https://www.mexc.com/register

At the commencement of trading on MEXC, High Ridge Trust and 677 Financial Group will begin facilitating purchases through their respective onboarding and transaction channels. High Ridge Trust a U.S.-based qualified custodian, provides a dedicated onboarding and transaction pathway for eligible purchasers, with its primary focus on the United States. 677 Financial Group, a specialist in institutional digital asset transactions and onboarding, supports institutional participants, family offices, trusts and qualified purchasers globally. Each serve a distinct segment of the global marketplace and represent the first phase of NatGold Digital’s broader global distribution strategy, with additional organizations expected to be announced over coming weeks as worldwide availability of NATG continues to expand.

NATG is available through each of NatGold Digital’s distribution channels. Prospective purchasers can also visit the NATG Transaction Portal for guidance in accessing the appropriate purchase pathway.

NATG Transaction Portal: https://natgold.com/buy-sell-natg/

“Our integrated global distribution strategy provides immediate access to NATG through one of the world’s largest digital asset exchanges, complemented by dedicated participation pathways for U.S. purchasers, institutional and qualified participants globally,” said Andrés Fernández, Chief Executive Officer of NatGold Digital. “With our first NatGold Certified Resources successfully tokenized, these complementary distribution relationships establish a scalable foundation for expanding worldwide participation and long-term growth.”

The commercial launch follows the successful tokenization of NatGold Certified Resources from two qualifying gold properties, resulting in the minting of an aggregate 106,800 NATG pursuant to the Company’s NATG smart contracts and deployment on the Ethereum blockchain. The initial token supply was generated from the Cahuilla Gold Project Parcels 45 and 46 in California and the Alaska 4 patented mining claim at the Friday Gold Mine in Idaho. Together, these achievements represent the first commercial execution of NatGold Digital’s patent-pending digital mining model and the activation of the Company’s fully operational commercial ecosystem.

Supporting technical reports, NatGold Certified Resources Tokenization Certificates and blockchain verification associated with both tokenized resources are publicly accessible through the NATG smart contract, while the Company’s MiCA white paper is available on the NatGold Digital website, together reflecting NatGold Digital’s commitment to transparency, technical integrity regulatory transparency and responsible commercialization.

The NATG smart contract is publicly viewable on Etherscan at:

“Our certification framework, governance standards, blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts and multi-channel global distribution strategy position NatGold for responsible long-term growth. As we continue expanding our global distribution network, we remain committed to maintaining the integrity that has guided the project from its inception,” said Mark Radke, Chairman of NatGold Digital.

Under the NatGold model, qualifying gold resources remain permanently undisturbed in Mother Nature’s Vault, while their intrinsic value is digitally represented through NATG. In accordance with NatGold’s established tokenization protocols, allocations from the initial tokenizations have also been made to the NatGold Contingency Fund and the NatGold Social Giveback Program.

With trading now underway, NatGold Digital will continue expanding both its portfolio of NatGold Certified Resources and its integrated global distribution strategy through additional strategic relationships that broaden worldwide participation in the NatGold ecosystem.

About NatGold Digital Ltd.NatGold Digital Ltd. is the global leader in digital gold mining and the architect and operator of a patent-pending, non-extractive platform designed to unlock the intrinsic value of technically verified in-ground gold resources that remain securely stored in Mother Nature’s Vault. NatGold Tokens are structured to represent standardized unit interests in NatGold Certified Resources, disclosed under internationally recognized geological Technical Reports — without physical extraction, processing, or movement of gold. The result is a superior fiat money alternative designed to help lead a global monetary reformation.

Piping System: un futuro d’acciaio

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

L’azienda muove i primi passi come realtà artigiana, specializzata in saldatura e piping industriale.

Advisory practice delivers integrated risk solutions for the infrastructure powering AI, cloud computing, and digital connectivity

KANSAS CITY, Mo., July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lockton, the world’s largest privately held, independent insurance brokerage, today launched its global Data Centers & Digital Infrastructure Practice, a consultative practice helping organizations navigate the complex risks associated with the infrastructure that stores, processes, and moves information around the world. The specialty practice builds upon Lockton’s extensive experience supporting complex digital infrastructure risks globally, including hyperscale campuses, multi-building developments, phased construction programs, operational portfolios, and power-related infrastructure.

“Data centers are at the core of how the modern world operates, and the risk landscape behind that infrastructure has become increasingly interconnected, capital-intensive, and time-sensitive,” said Tim Ryan, Lockton’s U.S. President. “Organizations need advisors who understand the full lifecycle from planning and site selection through ongoing operations and scale. Our practice is built to advise clients so they can navigate that complexity with confidence.”

The practice combines risk strategy, analytics, engineering insight, and market expertise into a single advisory model and serves the full ecosystem, including owners, operators, developers, investors, hyperscalers, and technology providers. The team supports clients from project planning – where foundational risk decisions are made – through construction, operational launch, portfolio expansion, and ongoing risk management.

While solutions will be customized for each client’s needs, the new practice provides a suite of innovative products and proprietary solutions spanning construction and property risk, errors and omissions, service level agreements, environmental risk, cyber, surety and more.

“The global data center and digital infrastructure market is evolving at extraordinary speed,” said Chris Brown, CEO of Lockton International. “Lockton’s independent model allows us to bring together global expertise from regions around the world, tailor solutions around each client’s business, and deliver advice that extends well beyond traditional insurance placement.”

The Data Centers & Digital Infrastructure Practice will be led by James Nelson in the United States and Sam Baker in the United Kingdom. Both will partner with Lockton leaders across the globe to drive the overarching strategy. Nelson brings deep experience in risk advisory, consulting, and insurance. Most recently, he served as global head of client engagement at Eldin Risk, and he previously held roles at Marsh, Cerberus Capital, and Alvarez & Marsal, where he advised clients on complex risk strategies. Baker has been at Lockton for 13 years advising on innovative insurance solutions for clients throughout the world. For the past few years, he has been at the forefront of the creation of Lockton’s proprietary product offerings for Data Centers.

“Our role is helping clients build and operate critical infrastructure, from project to portfolio, with greater resilience, certainty, and confidence,” Ryan said. “When risk is managed proactively, organizations can spend less time navigating complexity and more time focused on growth and innovation.”

Mars strengthens its European mint supply chain through the Shubh Mint programme

COMUNICATO STAMPA – CONTENUTO PROMOZIONALE

LONDON, July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mars is bringing natural menthol sourced through its Shubh Mint programme into its European chewing gum supply chain, as the company begins integrating the sustainably sourced ingredient into its manufacturing operations in the UK and Poland.

Mint is a critical ingredient for many of Mars, Incorporated’s global brands, yet its supply chain presented significant business risk. Approximately 80% of the world’s natural menthol originates from a single region: Uttar Pradesh, India, creating a highly concentrated supply chain vulnerable to climate impacts, declining yields and rising production costs. While synthetic menthol is readily available and widely used in the industry, Mars chose to invest in the future of natural mint, recognising that building a more resilient agricultural system could deliver long-term benefits for both the business and the thousands of farmers who depend on the crop.

Growing impact from pilot to partnership

In 2017, Mars launched the Shubh Mint programme in partnership with implementation expert Tanager. Designed as a long-term initiative, the programme aims to strengthen natural mint production by improving farming practices, increasing resilience to climate change and supporting more sustainable livelihoods across mint-growing communities.

The programme began with a two-year research and pilot phase to better understand the root causes affecting productivity and farmer incomes. Climate-smart agricultural practices and improved planting materials were trialled on quarter-acre demonstration plots with volunteer farmers, enabling peer-to-peer learning, reducing the risks associated with adopting new techniques and building confidence before expanding the programme at scale.

“Before the programme started, many mint farming households were struggling to remain profitable. Through Mars’ investment, farmers now have access to the knowledge, practices and inputs that have significantly improved their profitability. You can really see the difference in how the programme has impacted these mint farming communities,” says Joseph Boulier, Managing Director, Food Systems, Tanager.

Creating shared value: People, planet, performance

The programme was designed around the belief that long-term business growth is built by investing in resilient communities and healthy ecosystems. The success of these demonstration plots created a groundswell of interest. The programme then scaled from a pilot to a full-scale community-wide ecosystem initiative – expanding farmer participation, building supply systems through Farmer Producer Companies, and unlocking opportunities for women via Self-Help Groups. That turned individual gains into community-wide resilience. The results of this integrated approach are clear:

“The most meaningful impact of Shubh is seeing women who once identified themselves with a thumbprint now proudly signing their own names. That simple change reflects something far greater: confidence, agency and the belief that they can shape their own futures. When women thrive, the impact extends far beyond them, strengthening families, inspiring communities and creating opportunities for the next generation,” said Meenal Bahirwani, Sustainable Sourcing Lead, Mars Snacking.

The new standard for resource saving and responsible supply chains

The ambition for the Shubh Mint programme continues to expand. Building on the programme’s success, Mars is now evolving Shubh Mint towards a ‘full farm’ approach, helping support more farmers to achieve a verified living income. By applying climate-smart practices across all crops, rather than mint alone, the programme aims to build year-round profitability, diversify household incomes and strengthen resilience to single-crop risks, creating true economic resilience for families and communities.

“What began as a response to a single, vulnerable ingredient has become a long-term commitment and a replicable blueprint for transforming agricultural systems and empowering communities. The Mars Shubh Mint programme shows how sustainability and business performance go hand in hand. By investing in livelihoods and reducing environmental impact, we can build a more resilient and efficient supply chain,” says Sam de Frates, VP Commercial and Sustainability, Mars Snacking Europe and Central Eurasia.

Through this model, Mars is creating a new standard for supply chains – one where value is shared, communities are empowered, ecosystems are restored, and business performance is a direct result of that investment.

NEWARK, Del., July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Sorona®, the partially bio-based polymer from Covation Biomaterials (CovationBio™), and global trend forecasting authority WGSN today release the material trends shaping the textile industry through 2027 and beyond following a comprehensive examination of bio-based functional fiber applications and global data.

Highlights

These findings arrive at a pivotal moment as global fashion brands navigate the pressures of shifting supply chains paired with evolving consumer expectations. The global biomaterials market is projected to reach USD 285.3 billion by 2029, growing at a compound annual rate of 14.5%, a pace that significantly outstrips conventional textile and synthetic fiber sectors. Consumer search data tells the same story: searches for “natural fibers” have surged, with wool base layer terms rising 61% and cotton leggings 21% year-over-year. Interest in “chemical-free materials” is trending upward globally with no signs of slowing.

The three major trends expected to influence apparel development:

New Nature, which explores circular, bio-based, and hybrid fiber combinations built around a new understanding of natural materials;

Climate Flex, which addresses the growing demand for temperature-regulating, performance-ready fabrics in a changing climate

Sensory Empowerment, reflecting consumer priorities around skin-safe, tactile, wellness-forward textiles.

Across all three trends, Sorona® provides commercially available solutions that help brands combine bio-based content with the high-performance attributes consumers expect including stretch recovery, wrinkle resistance, breathability, durability, and comfort. Partially made with renewable plant-based ingredients, Sorona® can be blended with natural or cellulosic fibers to address the inherent performance limitations of those fibers while preserving their natural texture and feel.

Through its established Common Thread Fabric Certification Program, and 25-year history collaborating with an ecosystem of mills, brands, and designers, Sorona® has built a modern model for how apparel designers source performance stretch fabrics, restorative comfort knits, and woven textiles for luxury casualwear, ready-to-wear, athleisure, smart sportswear, and uniforms.

About Sorona®Sorona® is an innovative, 37% bio-based polymer delivering a unique combination of comfort and high-performance for over 25-years. Its inherent softness, stretch recovery, breathability, and wrinkle resistance help create fabrics that look better, feel better, and last longer.
Major Milestone for Europe’s Critical Raw Materials Strategy

ATHENS and LONDON, July 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — METLEN announces a long-term commercial agreement for the supply of approximately 25% of the annual gallium production from its planned production facility in Greece. The terms of the agreement are confidential.

The agreement marks the first major commercial gallium supply agreement between a European producer and a leading US technology company and constitutes a strategic milestone for Europe’s efforts to strengthen the resilience of its critical raw materials supply chain.

Gallium is a critical raw material essential for AI technology, advanced renewables infrastructure, telecommunications, and defence solutions. Today, global gallium production is overwhelmingly concentrated, making the development of alternative and reliable supply sources strategically important for all industrial economies.

METLEN is the first company in Europe to establish integrated gallium production and the first to secure a commercial agreement for European-produced gallium, positioning Greece and Europe at the forefront of a new strategic industrial value chain.

The achievement is the result of the long-standing research and innovation efforts of the company’s in-house R&D teams, located in the historic Aluminium of Greece industrial plant, alongside the newly established Critical & Rare Metals sub-sector of M Metals.

Evangelos Mytilineos, Executive Chairman of METLEN commented on the agreement, “We are particularly proud that METLEN is pioneering a completely new industrial chapter for both Greece and Europe; the successful development of gallium production carried out by our teams at Aluminium of Greece. For the first time in METLEN’s history, one of our metallurgical products has attracted such strong interest from leading industrial economies worldwide. This reflects both the strategic importance of gallium and the confidence of global technology leaders in the quality and reliability of our material, which has already undergone extensive qualification testing.”

METLEN’s flagship investment for gallium production was officially recognized by the European Commission as a Strategic Project under the Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA). The strategic importance of the project has also been recognized by the European Investment Bank (EIB), which approved financing under the REPowerEU framework.
