Roma investe sui propri giovani talenti e sulla cultura musicale con la nascita di SanROMA – 1° Concorso Canoro Città di Roma, una nuova iniziativa destinata a diventare un punto di riferimento per la valorizzazione della musica emergente nella Capitale. 

Il progetto, promosso da Roma Capitale è vincitore dell’Avviso Pubblico per la realizzazione di iniziative di interesse per l’Amministrazione Capitolina in collaborazione con Zètema Progetto Cultura.
 

SanROMA rappresenta un format innovativo nel panorama cittadino: per la prima volta saranno coinvolti tutti i quindici Municipi di Roma in un percorso artistico che metterà al centro il talento, il merito e la partecipazione dei giovani. 

Il concorso è rivolto a ragazze e ragazzi residenti a Roma, di età compresa tra i 18 e i 26 anni, e sarà interamente gratuito, dall’iscrizione fino alla serata conclusiva. Una scelta precisa, nata dalla volontà di eliminare ogni barriera economica e offrire a tutti le stesse opportunità di partecipazione.  

Il percorso si svilupperà nell’arco di circa quattro mesi e accompagnerà gli artisti dalle selezioni alla Finalissima di SanROMA 2026, durante la quale i finalisti, si esibiranno dal vivo accompagnati da un’orchestra e una band di musicisti professionisti, davanti a una Commissione Artistica composta da autorevoli professionisti del panorama musicale italiano e alla presenza di ospiti di rilievo nazionale, rappresentanti delle istituzioni e del mondo della cultura. 

L’obiettivo di SanRoma non è soltanto quello di individuare nuovi talenti, ma di costruire un progetto culturale capace di valorizzare il patrimonio artistico della città, creare occasioni di crescita per le nuove generazioni e rafforzare il legame tra musica, territorio e istituzioni. 

Il Progetto e l’organizzazione della manifestazione è di Fabio Feliziani e William Feliziani, attraverso la William School Music e WSM Artist, realtà impegnate da anni nella formazione e nella promozione di giovani artisti.

Il marchio e operatore internazionale di student housing Yugo gestirà tre nuove residenze costruite appositamente per gli studenti, per un totale di 1.836 posti letto a Messina. 

Sviluppato da Zanklon Capital, il progetto rappresenta una delle più importanti partnership strategiche concluse finora da Yugo in Europa. 

BRISTOL, Inghilterra, 7 settembre 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Yugo ha siglato un importante accordo a lungo termine con Zanklon Capital, società italiana indipendente attiva negli investimenti e nello sviluppo immobiliare, per la gestione di tre nuove residenze universitarie appositamente progettate (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, PBSA) a Messina, in Sicilia. L’accordo consoliderà la posizione di Yugo quale marchio e operatore di riferimento nel mercato italiano degli alloggi per studenti.[i]  

L’apertura delle tre strutture è prevista per l’anno accademico 2029/2030 e metterà a disposizione complessivamente 1.836 posti letto. Il progetto rappresenta un traguardo importante per il settore degli alloggi studenteschi di Messina e porterà il portafoglio italiano di Yugo a superare i 5.500 posti letto in otto città: Firenze, Bologna, Torino, Roma, Pisa, Padova, Milano e Messina. Rafforza inoltre il ruolo di Yugo nel mettere la propria esperienza internazionale al servizio del settore italiano delle residenze universitarie appositamente progettate, in uno dei mercati europei caratterizzati dalla più grave carenza strutturale di alloggi per studenti.[ii]
 

Zanklon Capital sta sviluppando le tre residenze in qualità di promotore locale, insieme ai propri partner finanziari istituzionali. Le strutture saranno costituite prevalentemente da monolocali indipendenti dotati di cucina privata, pensati per offrire agli studenti qualità, comfort e autonomia. Disporranno inoltre di quasi 9.000 metri quadrati di spazi comuni, tra cui aree dedicate allo studio e alle riunioni, strutture per l’attività fisica e il benessere, spazi per la socializzazione e aree esterne. 

Yugo guiderà la progettazione delle tre strutture, compresa la scelta di mobili, arredi e attrezzature, e ne assumerà la gestione una volta inaugurate. L’approccio di Yugo, fondato sulla ricerca, si basa sui dati raccolti ogni anno presso oltre 7.500 studenti in tutto il mondo. The collaboration gives Bellino a new way to stay close to the terrain, challenge and sense of discovery that have shaped his life in motorsport. 

Bellino won the Enduro Junior World Championship in 2012 and the Enduro E3 World Championship in 2015. He was also part of the French teams that won the ISDE Junior World Trophy three years in a row, from 2011 to 2013. Raised in a family with a deep passion for motorcycles, he began riding at the age of four before progressing through motocross and into elite enduro competition.

The accident ended his professional racing career, but not his connection to motorsport. Outshining major global big tech companies in on-site interest, Sky Labs hosted five dedicated sessions presenting new clinical data on atrial fibrillation (AF) and heart failure (HF) patients for the first time. 

Professor Ki-Hong Lee (Chonnam National University Hospital) presented a 24-hour BP monitoring study on AF patients, stating, “Using the CART blood pressure monitor, we achieved an analyzable data rate of approximately 80%, demonstrating the utility of ring-type 24-hour BP testing and enabling continuous observation of nocturnal dipping patterns.” 

Professor In-Cheol Kim (Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital) shared research on severe HF patients (mean EF 29%), noting, “A simultaneous comparison between the CART blood pressure monitor and conventional 24-hour ABPM demonstrated high agreement, fully meeting ESH error margin criteria.” This confirms CART as a reliable tool for personalized HF treatment. 

Consequently, the CART blood pressure monitor enables continuous BP tracking even in AF and HF patients who previously faced measurement limitations with conventional cuffs due to irregular pulses or high variability. 

Other clinical achievements were also highlighted. Professor Hae-Young Lee (Seoul National University Hospital) reaffirmed the CART blood pressure monitor’s high reliability by fulfilling European Society of Hypertension recommendations for cuffless devices, including Static Test, Device Position Test, Awake/Asleep Test, and Exercise Test. Professor Eun-Mi Lee (Dongguk University Ilsan Hospital) shared a case of safe medication reduction by measuring true BP using CART in a patient experiencing cuff-induced pain and stress, while Professor Jong-Chan Youn (Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital) analyzed over 12,000 breathing disorder events in 62 sleep apnea patients, tracking sharp BP surges right after breathing resumed.
