                <description><![CDATA[<p><p>FIRENZE – <strong>I giudici della Corte d’Assise di Firenze sono in camera di consiglio per decidere il destino di Vasile Frumuzache,</strong> il vigilante romeno di 33 anni reo confesso del brutale omicidio di due sue connazionali. L&#8217;uomo è accusato del duplice assassinio di<strong> Ana Maria Andrei, 27 anni, uccisa a Montecatini Terme</strong> nell&#8217;agosto del 2024, e di <strong>Maria Denisa Paun, 30 anni, la cui vita è stata stroncata a Prato nel maggio del 2025</strong>.</p>
<p>Per l&#8217;imputato, che è stato giudicato pienamente capace di intendere e di volere dalle perizie psichiatriche, i<strong>l procuratore di Prato Luca Tescaroli e il sostituto procuratore di Pistoia Leonardo De Gaudio hanno formulato una richiesta di condanna perentoria: l&#8217;ergastolo</strong>. La sentenza del collegio giudicante è attesa per le 14,30 di oggi pomeriggio (18 giugno), mentre in aula, oltre ai legali e ai magistrati, sono presenti lo stesso imputato e la moglie del vigilante.</p>
<p><strong>La drammatica scia di sangue è venuta a galla a seguito della misteriosa scomparsa di Denisa, avvenuta tra il 15 e il 16 maggio del 2025</strong>, mentre la trentenne si trovava in trasferta da Roma a Prato. Le indagini avviate dagli inquirenti portarono in breve tempo all&#8217;individuazione e al fermo di Frumuzache. <strong>Davanti agli investigatori l&#8217;uomo crollò, confessando il delitto della trentenne</strong>, il cui corpo decapitato venne successivamente rinvenuto in un terreno a Montecatini Terme.</p>
<p>Ma la svolta decisiva nell&#8217;inchiesta, che ha svelato la serialità dell&#8217;assassino, è arrivata con il contestuale<strong> ritrovamento dell&#8217;autovettura di un&#8217;altra donna, Ana Maria Andrei, nascosta all&#8217;interno del garage dell&#8217;abitazione dell&#8217;imputato a Monsummano Terme.</strong> Di fronte all&#8217;evidenza dei fatti, il trentatreenne ha dovuto ammettere anche il secondo omicidio, quello della 27enne – anche lei attiva come escort – svanita nel nulla il primo agosto del 2024.</p>
<p>Il cadavere della giovane venne in seguito localizzato e recuperato dalle forze dell&#8217;ordine in un perimetro non lontano da quello in cui era stato occultato il corpo di Denisa. <strong>Ora la parola passa ai giudici per il verdetto di primo grado.</strong></p>

<p>More than one year after deployment began, ForwardX&#8217;s AMR system continues to scale across Chery Automobile&#8217;s Dalian manufacturing facility without disrupting production. Today, the project ranks among the largest brownfield AMR deployments in the automotive industry. </p>
<p>That reality makes brownfield automation one of the industry&#8217;s most difficult challenges. Unlike greenfield facilities, existing factories must modernize while maintaining output. Automation must adapt to legacy systems, fixed layouts, and active operations rather than being designed into the facility from the start. </p>
<p>With a fleet of 484 AMRs, the deployment continues to expand while production remains fully operational, allowing automation to scale without major reconstruction or factory shutdowns. </p>
<p>The Chery Dalian facility produces approximately 1,000 vehicles per day, making production continuity a critical operational requirement. Across its welding and final assembly workshops, AMRs support a wide range of intralogistics processes, including line-side delivery, SPS cart transportation, powertrain delivery, and empty-container return. </p>
<p>In the Bodyshop, 204 AMRs currently support delivery of 32 material categories, covering more than 80% of required material demand. In final assembly, 280 AMRs manage transportation for 95 material categories, supporting nearly 90% of assembly-line material requirements. </p>
<p>Brownfield success depends on much more than vehicle autonomy. </p>
<p>Existing factories present a unique set of challenges: limited line-side space, mixed traffic involving workers and forklifts, legacy IT infrastructure, changing production requirements, and minimal deployment windows. The challenge is transforming an existing logistics system without disrupting production. While many automation projects demonstrate success at the pilot stage, scaling to hundreds of robots in active automotive production environments is a different challenge altogether. </p>
<p>To address these challenges, ForwardX combined vision-based autonomy, fleet orchestration, manufacturing integration, and phased implementation strategies. Rather than requiring major facility changes, the deployment was integrated into existing production and logistics workflows. </p>
<p>The system operates alongside workers, conveyors, robotic equipment, and existing material-handling assets. Through phased rollout and continuous optimization, automation was introduced progressively while maintaining production stability. </p>

                <description><![CDATA[<p><p data-path-to-node="0">È suonata questa mattina la campanella che dà il via agli esami di Stato 2026. Dalle <b data-path-to-node="3,0" data-index-in-node="86">8,30</b>, gli studenti della Toscana e di tutta Italia sono impegnati nella prima prova scritta di italiano, predisposta dal Ministero dell&#8217;Istruzione e del Merito in modo identico per l&#8217;intero territorio nazionale. I candidati hanno a disposizione un tempo massimo di sei ore per consegnare il proprio elaborato, concepito per misurare le competenze linguistiche, la capacità espressiva e lo spirito critico.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="1">Il fascicolo ministeriale mette a disposizione sette diverse alternative, suddivise in tre specifiche tipologie. Per l&#8217;analisi del testo, i maturandi possono scegliere tra un brano in prosa e un componimento poetico. Nel primo caso, la prova si basa su un estratto dell&#8217;opera <i data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="276">I piaceri</i> dello scrittore <b data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="302">Vitaliano Brancati</b>. Per la poesia, la traccia richiede di interpretare e rispondere ad alcuni quesiti su <i data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="407">Passerò per piazza di Spagna</i> di <b data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="439">Cesare Pavese</b>, un testo dedicato all&#8217;amore non corrisposto dell&#8217;autore per l&#8217;attrice americana Constance Dowling.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="2">La sezione dedicata al testo argomentativo offre invece un ventaglio di tre opzioni. Una traccia di respiro storico e istituzionale invita a riflettere sull&#8217;Assemblea Costituente, prendendo le mosse dalle parole pronunciate dal Presidente della Repubblica <b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="256">Giuseppe Saragat</b> in occasione del suo insediamento. La seconda proposta si concentra sulla comunicazione, avvalendosi di uno scritto del giornalista <b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="405">Piero Bianucci</b> estrapolato dal suo libro <i data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="446">Te lo dico con parole tue. La scienza di scrivere per farsi capire</i>. Il terzo spunto di questa categoria poggia sulle tesi del professor <b data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="582">Frank Furedi</b>, contenute nel saggio <i data-path-to-node="2" data-index-in-node="617">I confini contano. Perchè l&#8217;umanità deve riscoprire l&#8217;arte di tracciare fontiere</i>.</p>
<p data-path-to-node="3">A chiudere le opzioni per la prima prova sono i due temi legati all&#8217;attualità. La prima traccia chiede ai ragazzi di sviluppare un ragionamento sul &#8216;concetto di fatica&#8217;, partendo dalla lettura di una pagina di <i data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="210">Alzarsi all&#8217;alba</i>, libro del giornalista <b data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="250">Mario Calabresi</b>.                 <description><![CDATA[<p><p><span data-path-to-node="0,0">La macchina dei soccorsi toscana ha affrontato una prova sul campo per valutare la tenuta delle proprie strutture di fronte alle ondate di maltempo più severe. Nella giornata di ieri, la Protezione civile della Regione Toscana ha coordinato una maxi-esercitazione che ha visto l&#8217;attivazione simultanea di <b data-path-to-node="0,0" data-index-in-node="305">146 Comuni</b>, 20 Unioni di Comuni e gestioni associate, oltre alle Province e alla Città Metropolitana di Firenze</span><span data-path-to-node="0,2">.</span></p>
<p><span data-path-to-node="1,0">L&#8217;operazione è consistita in una simulazione &#8216;per posti di comando&#8217; gestita interamente da remoto, configurandosi come un test senza precedenti nel territorio regionale sia per il numero di enti coinvolti sia per le modalità digitali utilizzate</span><span data-path-to-node="1,2">. Lo scenario ricreato ha riprodotto una situazione di forte criticità legata a un&#8217;<b data-path-to-node="1,2" data-index-in-node="83">emergenza meteo</b>, con la riproduzione di danni al suolo e pericoli per la popolazione dovuti a problemi idraulici e idrogeologici, come allagamenti o smottamenti</span><span data-path-to-node="1,4">. Di fronte al rischio ipotizzato, le amministrazioni locali hanno avuto il compito di avviare le contromisure previste nei rispettivi piani di emergenza</span><span data-path-to-node="1,6">.</span></p>
<p><span data-path-to-node="2,0">Durante la simulazione, il personale di ciascun ente ha dovuto applicare i protocolli di sicurezza per verificare i tempi e le capacità di reazione della propria struttura, definendo se e quando richiedere l&#8217;aiuto sussidiario dei livelli istituzionali superiori, dalle Unioni di Comuni fino alla Regione</span><span data-path-to-node="2,2">. La prova si è concentrata in modo particolare sul ruolo dei sindaci, i quali, in qualità di autorità locali di protezione civile, hanno potuto sfruttare l&#8217;occasione per analizzare l&#8217;efficienza dei propri uffici e pianificare eventuali correttivi organizzativi o procedurali</span><span data-path-to-node="2,4">. L&#8217;intento finale era ottimizzare il coordinamento complessivo della rete toscana per rendere gli interventi reali più rapidi e integrati</span><span data-path-to-node="2,6">.</span></p>
<p><span data-path-to-node="3,0">Il presidente della Regione, <b data-path-to-node="3,0" data-index-in-node="29">Eugenio Giani</b>, ha commentato lo svolgimento delle attività evidenziandone l&#8217;utilità: &#8220;La nostra Protezione civile si conferma ancora una volta una macchina straordinaria, questa volta capace di coinvolgere all’unisono ben 146 Comuni della Toscana per un’esercitazione senza precedenti. <p>AMSTERDAM, June 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ &#8212; Destinus has reached a significant production milestone, completing its 1,000th T150 turbojet engine in 2026. Developed and manufactured in-house in Europe, the T150 powers the Ruta B1 and Ruta B2 cruise missile family, supporting serial production and operational deployment. The milestone strengthens Europe&#8217;s ability to produce cruise-class propulsion at an industrial scale. </p>

<p>Propulsion remains a critical bottleneck in scalable cruise missile production. The T150 program directly addresses this constraint with a turbojet engine developed from scratch by Destinus and manufactured on a European production line built for repeatable, qualification-driven output. The engine supports current Ruta output and provides a scalable propulsion base for continued production ramp-up. </p>

The T150 production line is designed for continuous ramp-up, supporting both current Ruta output and planned capacity expansion, including through the Rheinmetall Destinus Strike Systems joint venture. </p>
<p>The production of the 1,000th engine follows Destinus&#8217; recent announcement of Ruta B3, a long-range strike system with a range of 2,000 km, powered by the next-generation T220 turbojet engine, also being developed in-house. <p> NEW YORK, June 18, 2026 /PRNewswire/ &#8212; On the heels of the 2026 Group of Seven (G7) Summit in France, Potential Energy Coalition, with financial support from The Rockefeller Foundation, today released Fixing Climate Communications, a new evidence-based playbook for communicating about climate more effectively across six of the G7 countries. Drawing on research with more than 83,000 adults across France, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada — countries that together represent more than 40% of global gross domestic product (GDP) — the study identifies the messages that broaden support across ideological divides and the language that can undermine it, offering practical guidance at a time when many institutions are embracing a growing trend of climate hushing. Shared concerns – pollution, health, affordability, energy security, and protecting future generations – increased support by more than 10 percentage points across the six countries, and by contrast, messages emphasizing bans, mandates, disruption, or &#8220;net zero&#8221; consistently underperformed everywhere. </p>
<p>&#8220;The climate crisis is already making it harder for people around the world to feed their families, get and work jobs, and pursue lives of dignity. Meeting this challenge with the urgency it demands requires speaking about it in ways that resonate and motivate. This research shows how data-driven communication can shape a better conversation about how to tackle the climate crisis and build a safer and more prosperous future,&#8221; said Dr. Rajiv J. <p>According to the World Bank, an additional 14.5–15.6 million people could die in low- and middle-income countries from climate-related causes by 2050 if the current trajectory continues. Globally, extreme heat kills an average of one person every minute, and workers around the world lost 640 billion hours of potential work &#8211; almost double what was typical in the 1990s &#8211; per last year&#8217;s Lancet Countdown Report. </p>
<p>Despite the stakes for humanity&#8217;s well-being, there has been a broad, persistent retreat in public language about climate. Recent GlobeScan research underscores the rise of climate hushing: across 31 markets, the share of consumers seeing sustainability messaging fell from 49% in 2023 to 36% in 2025, while trust in those messages dropped from 79% to 65%. Global news coverage of climate change fell 38% by the end of 2025 from the peak in 2021, and mentions of climate and ESG issues on S&amp;P 500 earnings calls have dropped by roughly three-quarters during this period. </p>
<p>&#8220;Climate is a winning issue when communicated effectively. Climate hushing is short-sighted and ineffective; the data refutes the growing conventional wisdom that leaders should avoid talking about climate and rely only on a side door of clean energy or economic benefits. This is not about whether to talk about climate, but how &#8211; moving beyond narrow, easily politicized frames and connecting instead to the real material costs, impacts, and everyday concerns that can significantly expand public support,&#8221; said John Marshall, Executive Chair at Potential Energy Coalition. </p>
<p>Key Findings:The research finds that climate solutions continue to command broad, cross-ideological support across all six countries, and that how the issue is communicated matters. </p>
<p>The findings are based on two rounds of international research conducted by Potential Energy Coalition, commissioned by The Rockefeller Foundation, with fieldwork by Echelon Insights and Merlin Strategy, as well as six years of Potential Energy Coalition&#8217;s historical data. From September through December 2025, 83,971 adults across various age groups, genders, regions, education levels, ethnicities, and political perspectives were surveyed across the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Canada. The research identifies three evidence-based principles for more effective climate communication &#8211; and the data shows they work. After exposure to a single effective message built on these principles, support increased by at least 9 points in every country tested: </p>

<p>Round 1 — Qualitative Research (September 2025)Moderated online focus groups were conducted with 133 participants across the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada. Participants who believe climate change is happening but are only somewhat worried about it were screened to understand how less climate-engaged but potentially persuadable audiences respond to alternative climate messaging. The research explored participants&#8217; broader national mood, core personal priorities, climate concern, perceived barriers to action, and reactions to specific climate messages and messengers. </p>
<p>Round 2 — Quantitative Research (November–December 2025)Two large-scale quantitative studies were conducted across all six countries: </p>
<p>National Survey (~42,000 respondents, ~7,500 per country, ~4,000 in Canada): Measured the climate landscape, baseline attitudes, issue priority rankings, and how climate compares to adjacent energy, pollution, nature, and cost-of-living frames. Each country sample was weighted by age, gender, education, past vote, and region to ensure nationally representative results. </p>
<p>Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) Message Test (~41,100 respondents, ~6,500 per country, ~8,500 in the US): Tested 11 climate narratives against a control group to identify which most effectively moved public opinion. The 11 narratives tested were: </p>

<p>Il Politecnico di Milano si conferma la migliore università italiana per il dodicesimo anno consecutivo. Salendo di 11 posizioni, raggiunge l&#8217;87° posto mondiale, il miglior risultato della sua storia e il più alto piazzamento mai ottenuto da un&#8217;università italiana. Rimane inoltre l&#8217;unico ateneo nazionale nella top 100 globale. </p>
<p>Alle sue spalle, Sapienza Università di Roma raggiunge il miglior risultato della sua storia all&#8217;111° posto mondiale, seguita dall&#8217;Università di Bologna al 123° posto, dall&#8217;Università di Padova al 204° e dal Politecnico di Torino al 206°, anch&#8217;essi ai massimi storici. </p>

<p>17 June 2026 – Theon International Plc (THEON)  announces that it has entered into an exclusivity agreement with Carlyle for the acquisition of SAS Stéropès, the holding company of SAS HGH Systèmes Infrarouges (HGH) for an enterprise value of approximately €300 million.  </p>
<p>HGH designs, develops, assembles and markets electro-optical and infrared solutions systems for Defense and Civil applications. The company was founded in 1982 in France and currently employs more than 130 people with a primary focus in R&amp;D. </p>
<p>HGH has a highly agile and IP-driven business model that is fully compatible with THEON. The acquisition would broaden THEON’s Multi-Domain ISR (Platform Electro-Optics) product portfolio and company’s counter drone (C-UAS) solutions. These are supported by advanced detection and classification capabilities based on HGH’s proprietary ITAR free technology using unique and patented AI features. </p>
<p>This is a significant milestone in THEON&#8217;s strategy to rapidly establish itself as a leader in platform electro-optics. It follows the acquisition of Kappa Optronics and its recently announced order buildup, the investment in ShockEOS and the subsequent selection of THEON&#8217;s PHYLAX gimbal by Rheinmetall and the Joint Venture with Safran for the creation of Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) electro-optics. The above demonstrate that THEON’s approach is already generating tangible commercial results and the addition of HGH would materially increase the contribution of Multi-Domain ISR to THEON’S revenue and profitability. </p>
<p>This agreement reinforces THEON’s strategic commitment to France, further expanding its industrial base and strengthening its connection to the French supplier and customer communities. France will become an important export hub for THEON, as well as an AI R&amp;D center, building on HGH’s current AI capabilities.  </p>
<p>Deal Structure </p>
<p>THEON is to acquire 100% of HGH at a mid- to high-teens EV/EBITDA multiple pre-synergies and at c. 10x post the full impact of run-rate synergies by year 2 to 3. The acquisition is expected to be EBITDA margin accretive and mid-single-digit EPS accretive in 2027. </p>
<p>HGH has c. €40 million of revenues and has had a revenue growth trajectory of ca. 30% CAGR since 2023 with an EBITDA margin in excess of 40%. At the time of the agreement, HGH had an order backlog of c. €70 million. Post-closing, the management team and employees will remain in HGH and will be incentivized to continue driving strong business performance. </p>
<p>The transaction will be financed with a bridge facility provided by BNP Paribas, which is intended to be fully refinanced with debt. No equity capital increase is expected. </p>
